I don't live in Miami where Squareat is based but I am so happy because they deliver to all the states. I always order, it is so convenient and makes my life so much easier.

I struggle with maintaining a proper diet, but I might have found the solution. It’s been a month since I’m eating squares; it is fantastic that they are gluten-free and sugar-free because I am recovering from Crohn's, which is helping me a lot.

I can't believe this meal plan doesn't use additives in its meals!! I love that it is long-lasting and lasts 2 weeks in your fridge. It is perfect because I like eating healthy but have no time to cook! Thank you SQUAREAT!!

I tried their meals and loved them! The squares taste so good! Very unique. You have to experience it to understand it! My favorite one, the Chicken Square, tastes better than the regular chicken! Super soft and perfectly seasoned!

I'm obsessed with their meals!!! They are dairy free, soy free, refined sugar free and much more! It's insanely delicious!

The food is tasty and easy to reheat. Take your pick, oven, air fryer, pan - it's all great!

I've tried a number of meal replacements, and none of them were remotely palatable. Squareat gives me real, healthy food that is quick and easy to prepare, comes in small portions I can combine as I see fit, and doesn't contain hard-to-digest ingredients. I can choose my proteins and veggies, and order small quantities at a reasonable price. Even the packaging is recyclable. Very happy so far!

The Broccoli and Spinach was quite good when sautéed. The Asparagus was stringy and the chicken was extremely off-putting. I didn't even want to try the salmon and sea bass and didn't order the beef.
If they could be frozen that would be a little bit of a game changer. I would consider a purchase in the future if they had more veges and maybe tofu that could be frozen.

The presentation was nice, and I like the cooler bag. But the food is like cardboard and I would never order again. I get that the point is convenience, but there are instant protein shakes or other options that taste way better. And also...the level of wastage is insane with the indie packs

My biggest gripe is with packaging and shipping. The thin cardstock stuff they ship the meals in is fine. However, they need a better way to ship long distances. One of my boxes was half crushed and the ice packs must have gotten punctured in transit because all of them were leaking. If the squares need to be frozen to ship out of state, then so be it. As far as the food goes, not too bad. I love how easy it is to cook. The meal is balanced and quite filling despite its looks. Not very seasoned, but the sauce does a good job of adding some flavor. I haven't eaten all of the meals I've bought yet, but I most definitely will.

Didn't know that the dimensions were THAT small. Texture was bland and taste wasn't there.

Shipping was on-time with well insulated bag and several ice-packs. Love the food and the concept.

Everything was delicious except for the basmati rice which was extremely dry.

Had the sea bass and asparagus today; six minutes in the air fryer; I was surprised at how much flavor! Needed no extra seasoning; only had those two squares; feel totally satiated. I'm definitely going to keep this up!
