I'm satisfied by the service I got from…

I'm satisfied by the service I got from Square Trade, i have been using it twice now, and haven been satisfied both times. Because of the time of the reparations. In these time I'm so addicted to my phone, that I feel like I'm gonna die without one.
How ever this have nothing to do with Square trade. But I'm so disappointed by the delivery company, first time I call Square trade, who told me they fixed my phone for weeks ago. I never have received an email from UPS, nothing at all, I have never been so furious over a company. UPS have never told me which packingshops it was delivered till. So your phone is in a packing unlocked and reset for everyone to use.

Horrible

Horrible, I had to call several times. My phone was stolen and they wanted me to declare it was a loss so they loss report get paid. I have submitted a crime report that was the legal procedure it was rejected. loss of time money and the staff is very poorely useful

Lost mobile

I have lost my mobile and after successfull claim, I received replacement mobile within 2 days.
Only slight disappointment is the replacement device doesn’t came with the sealed box,
But other than that everything is fine.
Would definitely love to recommend to others.

Fast Claim Approval, Excellent Follow-Up Service

I had a very positive experience with SquareTrade. The claim approval process was incredibly fast, and the communication about the MediaMarkt gift card was clear. This quick and efficient handling of the core claim is what the company does very well.

The only constructive feedback is that the promised activation SMS for the gift card did not arrive, requiring me to follow up. However, the team resolved this immediately, manually activating the card.

Overall, SquareTrade delivered a fast resolution and prompt customer service. Highly recommended.

Incompetent liars

I had an insurance with Square Trade from Three network provider. And it is worst experience ever, I never experienced anything similar with any other companies. They simply incompetent liars.

Real but not scammmer

They are soo good they understand people’s problem and try to solve as soon as possible square trade is not a scamming insurance company like other pethetic fraud companies like chubb assurent or others. I highlyyy recommend square trade
