My experience with SPG has been excellent.
I've been following SPG newsletter for a few years now and in my opinion they have the most interesting selection of guitars available from a UK retailer.
So it was only a matter of time before I pulled the trigger and got a guitar from them; a '62 custom shop strat. Delivery was quick, the guitar well packaged and in precisely the condition advertised. In addition, I needed to change the delivery address and so I emailed them and Jack responded very quickly saying he'd sort it out. Can't fault them! I will certainly be back for more.

Excellent service
My first time ordering from Squealing Pig Guitars, but I have to say the service, personal attention and quality of communication has been excellent.
To be fully transparent however, I had made a mistake, (completely my error) when ordering so unfortunately had to request a return. Impressively, the guitar was actually collected from my doorstep with no administration on my part. (For anyone who has had to return anything ordered online, you will appreciate the benefits of having the supplier organise all of this).
On a personal level, I have to say Jack was a gentleman throughout and could not have done anymore for me.
High quality products with the personal attention of a family run business.
