I have been using SRFax for almost three years now, and they have always been great. I haven't ever had any technical issues with their service. I just spoke with Tyler (one of the Customer Care Leads), and he was awesome! He was pleasant and easy to speak with, and he got my account squared away in less than 2 minutes! Fastest and easiest customer support call I have ever made!

Tyler and SRFax to the rescue! I had an insurance company deny that they received a fax. Then when we proved they received the fax, they denied it stating we couldn't prove the contents of the fax. Tyler worked with me to prove the contents of the fax. Yay for paper trails and great support at SRFax!

SR Fax has been very responsive to any questions w support. They integrate with my EHR and are very intuitive to use. Today, I had a number of questions for tech support and I spoke with Felson. He was very patient, kind and helpful.

I later called back to clarify some further questions I had about setting up other users and I spoke w Christina, who was delightful, helpful, and also very patient!

Great Support!
I was able to have my support request resolved in a timely and professional manner by Felson at SRFax. We've enjoyed working with the company and I like how easy it is to navigate their platform, which is a vast improvement over the previous fax service provider I used.

I love this company, no matter who you speak to they are always so helpful. If there is an issue they are on it, and it gets resolved ASAP.
