Loved the step by step guide per technology.
Loved that there were step by step guides to help install the certificate. This was huge as I don't install certificate often. Minor critique: It seemed strange to have to use a 3rd party converter to combine the key and the certificate into a pfx file but worked well. It would have been nice to have been able to decide what is the host technology (IIS 10 in my case) and directly have the correct file.

It's not tech support. It's more like support hose. LIke, highly ranked by the Garter Group.
I got support. It just wasn't technical. It had trouble handling more than 1 question at a time. It could not redirect when I wanted to restart on a different approach. It emitted incorrect information, and could not correct itself.
It claimed it was not AI. But it had ALL the hallmarks of a hallucinating AI stuck in a context loop. I could not make it understand that it was being inconsistent in the DNS entries it was asking to me make, and then checking a different DNS entry. Eventually I was able to get it to use a consistent DNS entry, but it never really apologized for being incorrect and acted like that issue was so long ago, why bring it up?
After that horror show, it tried to get me to BUY support to install the certificate. Like I'd let ChatGPT Beta 0.3 full access to a server I manage....

Frustrating Verification Process & Unhelpful Support
We could not get past the business verification process despite being a legitimate company with proper documentation. I appreciate a thorough and secure process, but this was unnecessarily rigid. Support responses felt templated and failed to address the specifics of our situation, leaving us unable to move forward. Disappointing experience.

Best place to have your SSL
While many organizations provide ssl certificates, SSLs stand different because its easy to acquire, best support and easy to deploy. Furthermore the rate is very much reasonable.
