Previously wrote a negative review. To be honest got a little bit freaked out after reading truspilot reviews but….I am happy to say because of pretty fast shipping and quality of product I am on my way to healing. I ordered ankle support brace & once I applied to foot and tightened pain has reduced significantly. Ordered sciatic nerve brace, could be a little tighter but will work on adjusting the Velcro. Ordered the back brace & immediate relief light weight and very comfortable! Gel toe separator feels incredible and provides so much reduction in foot pain.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! Items are poorly made and non-refundable! They say that you cannot return any item on sale and ensure that all items are always on sale to avoid you returning the item. Total scam!

This company's customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I bought three compression shirts one of which came with a big hole in it. I contacted them to get a new one and they told me that I can't return it because it was on sale. Not a huge deal I could've bought another one for 20 bucks but it's the principle of the whole thing. They would rather lose my business and get a bad review then to make it right. Find somewhere else to buy your shirts!

I have emailed, voicemail, and tried chat to get a hold of this company for a refund. A week later non response?

I purchased the support posture bra size D/DD. When it arrived, I tried it on and it was so tight that it cut my circulation off. All of the reviews on their site was given 5 stars. This bra is not made for full figure women. When I went back into the site, it only list the sizes in cup size only. The dimensions are not listed. Stability pro needs to change the description on these bras. I usually wear a 38D. When I contacted customer service to request a return shipping label and to explain why I needed to return the bra for a full refund, I was told that I wouldn't get a full refund unless the bra is sent back to them in the original packaging and tags to ensure that the bra hasn't been worn. The problem with this demand is, I don't have the original package and no tags were attached to the item when I received it. So was I given a bra that someone had sent back ? Plus I would have to pay for return shipping. Then I received another email stating that I could keep the bra and they would give me a 50% discount on any other item of my choosing. Why would I keep a bra that doesn't fit and take the chance of ordering another product that does not fit either?
I do alot of online shopping and have never had return issues whether the item was on sale or full price. The return labels are always provided. I will never order from this company again. Their business practices are horrible!!!!

Worst company ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM!! Customer service is non existing. Items on sale are non returnable but don't tell you that when purchased. They just rob you of your hard earned money!! Shipping is the worst and especially when you pay extra for 2 day shipping, yea right, more like 2 week shipping! Should have stuck to Amazon instead. I will spend ever waking hour of my day warning people until they close their doors! I got time.

I am trying to reach someone who will actually resolve this issue. I ordered 2 ab stimulator with remote kits last week and when my package envelope arrived with your companies label.....it was not at all what I ordered. I emailed customer service and provided requested pictures of product and was told I needed to contact the company of the received product. I have called and left a message with your company and still no resolution.
Why is another company's product shipping with your credentials??? I will never order from StabilityPro again as you clearly are not a credible company and you're just out to take people's money and send the bogus product.

Wish I read about them prior to purchase. Based on my experience, very poor customer service. Website claimed refunds / exchanges were OK. After poor quality garment arrived, and sized wrong, no one would answer an email or phone message. (until I opened dispute with credit card company) After someone reached out with "I checked with my manager and we will offer you -50% off", I explained I would write and post an honest review. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I cannot recommend this merchant at all.

Don't buy anything from this company they're Crooks they don't refund your money they tell you the product was on sale they try to bait and switch you don't buy anything from them.

I received my back/posture brace, and It is too small for my shoulder and chest size. It is a 3X, because I anticipated this problem. It must be designed for a small woman. I have made repeated attempts to contact them, but they never replied. Apparently they are only out to bilk the money out of you. Do yourself favor and don't buy anything from these shysters.

I wish I could give no stars if I could! Cannot return products if use a discount code despite they push the code with products at check out ?! Sneaky clause that they have in their return policy and is a crooked way to do business. Customer service are dumb as well, email them and they ask for my email despite the fact I emailed them..then they say I must have ordered from somewhere else despite the fact I sent screen shots of order which included my name order number and their website! Buyer be warned !

I recently ordered a knee brace from stabilitypro and while on the order I accidentally ordered two. I immediately contacted customer service about the mistake. I was informed that there was a NO RETURN POLICY. Once items were received and I tried on… it started to roll down my leg and was no serving the purpose it was purchased for. Again I reached out to customer service and I was told NO REFUND for second purchase (that was an accident) and store credit (maybe) for the first one I ordered. Not a satisfied customer!!!

I bought a poorly made ankle brace and tried to return it but got this response “Your purchase does not qualify for a refund or an exchange since the item was on sale and discounted.” Their products are constantly discounted with all the coupons they give out so there’s little chance someone will buy this at full price. They mention this little caveat at the very bottom of their return policy, so far down you’d miss it. And you wouldn’t think there would be any exclusions with the way the rest of the policy is written. I even read the return policy prior to buying. I read that another customer also read the return policy and that exclusion wasn’t mentioned but when StabilityPro emailed a link pointing to their return policy it was a different web page. I think that happened to me too. This company is a big scam.

Stability Pro will not return my call.
I have an outstanding store credit of $23.90 and I need the code to get and use my store credit. I'm hating this company for not communicating to me. Very poor service!

they should get a zero score or negative one. No respect to their customers and no service attitude at all, just want to rip you off, what a shameful biz!

I ordered ONE item from them- a knee brace. They sent me two and charged me for two. I tried to get them to take back the second one and pay for return shipping, and they refused. They will not provide a refund, but only a store credit, and will not pay return shipping costs. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. Stay away from these guys.

This company also uses the name "Brace Professionals" which I can't seem to find any info for. Anyway, I ordered and received a hip/thigh brace. It arrived in a cheap cello bag which is sort of a thing with cheap junk coming out of China. Upon opening the bag, I was bowled over by the toxic stench that came from the garment. It immediately permeated my bedroom and I had to scrub my hands to remove the disgusting odor. The brace did NOT arrive in a retail box with how to wear instructions or how to launder the brace. There were NO tags anywhere -- NO brand name tag and NO mention of the materials used to manufacture the brace. Finally, the item looked NOTHING like the website photo -- the hip portion was too narrow and the leg section was too short. I've been in so much pain that I was stupid and did not research the company first. So now I'm still in pain, out the money I spent and still need to find a suitable AND REPUTABLE company to deal with. As if you haven't guessed by now, this "company" does NOT give refunds.

I ordered the StabilityPro knee brace compresson sleeve because of the crossover straps. As shown in their promos it should have been able to strap around my vulnerable part of my knee cap. It did not - it was uncomfortable and not as advertised. Tried to return it but neglected to read their return policy - they do not accept returns. They offered a store credit - but really - why would I use their store credit to order some more inferior products??? My advice - save your money.

Never, ever, ever, will order from here again. I bought a waist trainer and less than a week later the support wires ripped through the it. I then contacted support, they just looked at my message and logged off and would never respond. I still have all the screenshots.

This place is a scam and I will explain why...

If you order from this place, you will receive a product, however it is very CHEAPLY MADE and NOT TRUE TO SIZE. I have purchased waist trainers from other sites and you can definitely see and feel the difference in the material. Also, if you are dissatisfied with the product, THEY DON'T DO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT, but what good is any of that if you don't like the quality of their products and they don't fit you?

Also, their reviews are rigged. I was going to leave a negative review and it won't let me, which means they only add positive reviews on the site or the reviews are all fake.

Buy at your own risk from these people.

Just so you are all aware, they may be an "American Company" , the the tag on the waist trainer says made in China, so it is not made in America. AND there if you look closely on the FB page manager information, it says the page is managed in the Philippines, US....

And if customer service and satisfaction are our top priorities along with providing trusted quality products were truly their "top priority" I wouldn't be writing all of this information and negative reviews here"
