I ordered what I thought was a waist trainer based on the picture illustrated on the order page. As soon as I placed the order the company sent an email offering a discount for the actual trainer. So I realized what I order was a slimming belt that was displayed on top on the trainer. I immediately attempted to call the company but their number was disconnected. I reached out to ask for an updated to the waist trainer and the company refused. When I received the slimming belt the craftsmanship was horrible and the materials are cheap. Worst off the belt was coming apart at the seams. I contacted the company again. The number was still disconnected so I had to send an email. I requested a full refund and for a manager to call me. I never got a call back but I did get an email informing me I would be charged shipping to send a new belt as they don’t know how i damaged the belt. I think this is a scam to get even more money from me. The company has horrible customer service and absolutely no accountability. They falsely advertise the products to then tell you no refunds then send you damaged products to charge more for another product to be sent to you!

Waist training belt I bought is poor quality. No money return. They ask you to exchange their junk for some thing else.

I order the ab pump and never arrived had been 3 months already this is disgrace how FB or instagram allows this scum bags put their sites trying to sale stuff if they aren’t legal .... and they taking $ from bunch of people 😡

I ordered over $100.00 of product from them they sent very poorly made 2 arm bands and 2 thigh bands 1 body suit Nothing else! The rep told me through email because there isn't a working customer service number that I had to repurchase all items at 20% to get the items I never got in the first place??? They STOLE MY MONEY NEVER GAVE ORIGINAL ORDER THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a product ok but service is nonexistant and I want to return one of the products and cannot. I have left three emails and tried their phone number which is disconnected. I run a legitimate e-commerce business which this is not. they have great coupons and pressure sales which i is a warning sign but there is no customer service.

Stay away and do not go to this website. it is cheap chinese stuff and you might as well buy similar off of amazon they are far from experts

I would give this company 0 stars and classify this as FRAUDULENT.

I placed my order over 3 months ago (3/20) and no product received.

I do not trust the company and do not want anything more from them ever.

The response as of 7/18/20 was a result of COVID was unacceptable. Referred me to the refund policy. Refund policy says, 30 days after order. NOT 30 days after receiving my item. My funds and product are hostages.

Not a disgruntled ex-employee - just an customer that tried to make a simple purchase for a product that was never received and refund not issued STILL.

I have now made my 9th request for a refund in the exact form of payment. I expressed that I would never patron them ever and they offered a store credit.

CHEAPLY MADE. NOT AS PICTURED. CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSE RETURN FOR REFUND. IGNORED THE FACT THAT BY LAW THEY HAVE TO OFFER 30 DAY MONEY BACK. MY BANK WILL DEAL WITH THEM NOW.

Placed an order and shipping was quick but wrong item received. I contacted them by messenger and by email but haven’t received any reply from them. And I keep receiving email promotion special but none of my messages hasn’t been reply. I didn’t read the review of this company before I placed an order. I hope my issue will be resolved. Once, I receive the correct ordered item, I will change my rates.

Cheap, defective product, doesn’t work and no refund allowed.wish I knew about no return policy, would have never bought from them

Placed one order in early May. Took 3 weeks to get it. Ok covid-9 was their excuse. Placed another order for 2 more pair of their leg compressions. Unbeknownst to me for some reason the address changed. So the order was returned to the company. They took out the $ but refuse to resend the order as it was sent to the wrong address. Not a very good company yo do business with. So I am out $56.17(which I paid for express shipping) Hard lesson learned!! Will read reviews in the future!!

I ordered two and when the package came only one was inside the package. Now I can't return it for a refund because I only got one. Customer service is almost non existant. Phone calls are not accepted after several emails I finally got an answer. The and was you received your order as placed. Send another email saying yes I did receive the order but only got one not two. Of course no answer. So if your thinking of buying something from STABILITYPRO do it at your own risk.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I am having the same experience trying to return something. If I could rate them a ZERO I would have.

Ordered 2 compression tank shirts. It took 7 weeks to receive them. Did not fit. Requested a Return Authorization 3 weeks have gone by with no reply other than more promo emails which are now going to my spam box. These people have terrible customer service and their products are less than quality and are not what they advertise! So if you buy from them, be prepared to wait forever to receive your order and be prepared to keep it! There is no customer service and no contact info for CS other than a blind email address which goes unanswered!

Bought two items finally got them need to return one due to fit size unable to get in touch with them and can’t get a refund and they don’t have a size that fits!!! Very poor customer service!!! They were quick to respond to a purchase but not a return

Ordered two items from them and still have yet to recieve any information about it. Only confirmation number I got was when I ordered it on the site. I screen shot all transactions and that's the only reason I know what it was! I emailed but they keep insisting they sent me an email with receipt but that's a lie. A label was created for my items through usps but nothing was received from the company. This is definitely a scam! They are ignoring my emails now and wont refund me or answer me directly. I want my refund !

i would gave them a negative score if I could. ordered an item for delivery. did not come for 2 weeks. after checking with their customer by email, no response at all. Finally get hold of someone from company at FB, asked for refund. But they insist to send me one although I keep my intention for refund. The item arrived and it was not even the one I ordered. They probably run out of stock but trying to fool me with another item I did not order. Again, asked for refund and they gave all kind of excuse to not refund.

I was so looking foward to becomming a regular customer as they offer a nice variety of products and the prices aren't bad. However, I have since changed my mind. I ordered Several items one being a pair of high waist leggings. When I got them they weren't anywhere near what the picture looked like and they definitely weren't high waisted and they were too big. I had ordered a small so I couldn't exchange for a different size. I contacted customer service through email. I got 1 response telling me that I can exchange them or get store credit. I opted for store credit seeing as I couldn't exchange them. That was the last I ever heard from them. I have emailed them 4 more times, I have instant messaged them I have called them twice with no response. So now I am stuck with these leggings because they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction. I will not order from here ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
