StackBloom is an all-in-one productivity platform built for small businesses, freelancers, and growing teams who are tired of juggling a dozen separate SaaS subscriptions just to run their day-to-day operations. We bundle 13+ integrated apps under one account: Forms, PDF Suite, E-Sign, Scheduling, Proposals, Automations, URL Shortener, Email Signature, TableBloom (restaurant reservations), InboxBridge (email routing), Live Chat, Monitor (uptime monitoring), HealthBloom (medical practice management), and a growing roadmap including invoicing, CRM, time tracking, campaigns, project management, and more. We also publish a library of 64 WordPress plugins covering backups, security, performance, e-commerce, booking, and marketing — every one of them designed to integrate cleanly with the rest of the platform. What makes us different is our pricing philosophy. Most of our products are one-time payments with lifetime access — no monthly fees, no surprise renewals, no per-seat creep. The handful of apps that genuinely require ongoing infrastructure (uptime monitoring, live chat, healthcare data hosting) are honest about it and priced as monthly subscriptions. Everything else, you buy once and own. We focus on three things: clean design, real interoperability between apps (your forms hand off to your CRM, your scheduling syncs to your calendar, your proposals collect signatures), and predictable pricing. Our goal is to be the operations stack that grows with you instead of the one you have to escape from. Stack your tools. Bloom your business.

Good bang for the buck, proposal tool is a win

been using this for small business stuff on the side and its saved me a ton of hassle. the proposal builder is what I use most — I send quotes out and customers can sign right on their phone, no more chasing down paperwork. the scheduler works for client appointments too, cuts down on the back and forth texts. no frills, no extra nonsense, just tools that do what they say. tried one of the bigger platforms before and honestly this is simpler and cheaper, anyway 5 stars.

Replaced like 3 different subscriptions

honestly picked this up because our old scheduling tool was costing us a fortune per user and it was way more than we needed. stackbloom has like 10 tools bundled together and the meeting scheduler is genuinely fine for what I do — booking in drivers for yard times and checking in with a couple vendors. also been messing with the form builder for a shift-swap thing at work, works fine. URL shortener was a bonus I didn't expect to care about but I use it more than I thought. interface isnt the prettiest but honestly I dont care, it just works. fair price for what you get — five stars.

Thanks for the writeup, Katy. The bundled-tools angle was the whole point: we kept watching teams stack 3 or 4 per-seat subscriptions that mostly overlapped, and the math just didn't work. Fair
call-out on the interface not being the prettiest. It's something we're slowly chipping away at without sacrificing speed. Good to hear the URL shortener found a home — that one started as a weekend
side-project and keeps surprising us with how many people actually use it.
