Positive experience of Stackt!

I was recommended this moving company and I'm glad I trusted their recommendation. I had a positive experience right from the booking through to the whole move. The communication was great from the company and the regular updates I received via WhatsApp were so helpful. I had alot of boxes and furniture to move and the guys were amazing moving it all so quickly and diligently. They were wearing body cam cameras which made me feel safer. Each interaction with members of the company were of a positive one. I would definitely recommend Stackt.

Stackt were really good.

Many people who have moved home in London will remember it to be a stressful experience. I have moved three times in recent years and the first two were, stressful. Getting the removal companies to commit to a time to collect was nearly impossible and matters didnt improve from there until the last move when I contacted Stackt. It was in October 2025, I had just come out of hospital and was faced with a move to my new home. Initially I spoke with two lovely ladies, Abby and Rena. They were so pleasant, so factual and efficient. They arranged the collection of and subsequesnt storage of my furniture. I also dealt with a fellow called Joe who was equally helpful. On the day the van and staff arrived on time and loaded with no fuss. The storage rates are VERY competitive and I can honestly say that the Stackt experience was the best moving experience I have ever had. As a hotel General Manager I have worked in many countries and these people are good. Thanks to everyone at Stackt. Richard Johnston .

Decent service & pleasant team

The booking process was super easy, got me a quote over the phone and the price was very fair + cheaper than anyvan. The movers were not informed that they had to disassemble or reassemble some of my furniture so the move took longer than it should have. Other than this it was a decent experience. I recommend booking an early slot in the day and confirming with them the details of your move the day before (# of items to be moved, packing and disassembly etc.) the customer service team were also very pleasant when I spoke to them on the phone.

Overall nice experience

The team is very polite and responsive. The whole process was well explained, and the quote is reasonable. On the day of the removal, the movers arrived within the time slot, and finished on time. Do recommend this service!

Great storage and stress free


I had a really great experience with STACKT Storage. From the beginning, their communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress‑free. They handled my items with care, and I always felt confident that my belongings were in good hands.

The pricing is also very reasonable for the amount of space you get. It’s great value, especially considering the quality of service and the flexibility depending on the size of storage you need.

If there’s one thing I’d love to see improved, it would be having a bit more information about where exactly my storage is located, along with some visual confirmation like photos of where the equipment or items are kept. That small addition would make the experience even better.

Overall, I’m really glad I chose STACKT. They’ve been reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommended

Denied insurance claim for damaged goods

A few of my goods including mattress topper came growing mold on it, clearly caused by humidity exposure. I reported it immediately after receiving my stored goods. Instead of being directed through a clear insurance claims process (which was advertised as part of the service), customer support spent over three weeks repeatedly requesting unreasonable evidence — including item-by-item photos taken before storage and photos of opened boxes with goods still inside.

I first notified them on 30 November. As of 18 December, there was still no claims process, only ongoing requests and no acknowledgement of fault.

The final response stated that my box was “in excellent condition” based on photos taken once loaded into the van, which does not address the condition of the items inside upon delivery.

Very disappointed with how this was handled.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we want to clarify a few important points for transparency.

We store items for thousands of customers every year, across professionally managed, secure storage facilities. To date, we have not had a verified case of mold caused by our storage environments, which are designed specifically to prevent moisture and humidity exposure.

In this case, the items were not packed by us, and as with all self-packed goods, we do not have visibility into the condition of items prior to collection especially on sealed boxes that have been packed by customers. This includes whether items were already damp or exposed to moisture before packing, which is a known risk factor for mold development once enclosed.

The issue was reported three days after delivery, which is outside the timeframe required for us to reliably assess condition at point of receipt. Our assessment was therefore based on the evidence available, including photographs taken during handling and loading, delivery and unloading, which showed the external packaging to be in good condition.

We take all damage reports seriously and follow a structured review process to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. While we understand this outcome was frustrating, we did not find evidence that the storage environment or handling caused the issue described.

We appreciate feedback and continuously review our processes to ensure clarity around packing responsibilities, reporting timeframes, and coverage terms.

I can highly recommend Stackt. I contacted them when I needed a storage solution at short notice, and they were incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent throughout, the collection of my items was smooth and hassle-free, and setting up monthly automatic payments was straightforward. Highly recommend!

We started using Stackt this year for shipping and storage, and it’s been a great experience from day one. Found Stackt online while looking for temp storage solution, chose to use them for the added value of service to pickup and deliver to new address. Better value than self storage. Smooth experience!

Had a driver name darredbt (?) an his mover. Was stressed if there was going to be any overcharging but the team stuck with their quote. These 2 helped carry my goods including table and chair upstairs smoothly. Was amazed at their strength. My lower back was killing me just unpacking so was impressed it only took 1 person to carry these large furnitures. Great service will be using this service again for my next move.

Exceptional service and customer support

I used stackt at a really critical moment when I needed to move several boxes from Luton to London on a very tight deadline. They arranged a pickup for me on 3rd December between 17:00–19:00, and despite the narrow window, the level of precision, care, and customer support I received was absolutely exceptional.

The pickup and drop-off were as smooth as possible, and everything was handled with such professionalism that it genuinely lifted a huge weight off my shoulders during a stressful week.

I’ve also been using stackt’s storage service for my seasonal clothes, which has made decluttering so much easier and more manageable.

Highly recommend – a truly reliable service that goes above and beyond!

I wish I checked out the reviews before…

I wish I checked out the reviews before I use this service. Obviously they have a history with extra charging customers especially after paying.
After I tried to check offers on the website, I have received a phone call and an offer based on the phone call we had with Joes Mancia.
I asked him if I can upgrade afterwords to a bigger sized storage as I will need to get rid of some more stuff in the coming months. I was happy to receive the second offer just to consider the price I will pay after upgrading. Also, I requested a wrapping. After moving the items they requested an extra charge for wrapping all thoughts the movers did not wrap all the items. Only when I asked them to wrap the sofa!!
Joes Manica was actively replying whether I called or emailed him in few seconds no exaggeration!
Now after I paid. He can’t be bothered and avoided me several times.
His colleague told me that he will help me with this but I got not response so far.
This is not acceptable! Really disappointing and thinking seriously of getting my stuff back!

You were not charged for wrapping. While it was requested, it wasn't included in the updated proposals, and we should have been much clearer about this from the start.

We also recognize that our communication after payment fell short of what you deserved. That's unacceptable, and we're genuinely sorry for the lack of responsiveness you experienced.

We're using this as an opportunity to improve both our pricing transparency and the clarity of our communications when setting expectations with customers. You've highlighted areas where we need to do better, and we're committed to making those changes.
