Despite initial reticence I can confirm Stackt gave a really good service at a very competitive price. The phone contact was polite and efficient. The removals team were simply excellent. Keenly priced storage costs especially for longer terms which suited me fine. Recommended

Professional and Efficient Movers and Affordable Storage
Stackt were very professional and communicative – we were sending emails back and forth up until the day of the move. They arrived in the allotted time window and were very efficient, polite, and treated my contents with the utmost of care. Customer service good, but bad experience

Company has finally investigated and issued a partial refund. The customer service has been good in that sense as they could have just ignored given i’ve already paid. They seem like they do want to improve and took my feedback on board. The business model sounds great and in theory should make moving easier, but I had a very bad experience which I hope is one off and there are areas of improvement. I have given feedback and would recommend the movers come together as one group as your timer is started even if only 1 shows up, and are trained to move as they seemed fairly inexperienced and slow. I had to tell them how to move, what boxes / items to put where and couldn’t have done it alone and needed family members to watch my things so they didn’t get stolen. In theory with 3 movers I shouldn’t have needed family members and they should have done 100% of the move both ends. C’est la vie and happy with the partial refund.

Move went horribly, movers were unprofessional and hardly did anything or spoke any english to understand basic instructions. 2 showed up late ( one by 2 hours and arrived at the end of the move) and we did the first half of the move completely ourselves (2 5ft women including a 60 year old moving heavy furniture) not acceptable! Items made to be left on the street where people could steal things. No body cameras or strategy around moving. The simplest move as it was 2 mins down the road to a different apartment in the same area. Raised the issue with customer service who appear to be listening but still no response despite chasing many times which is just a complete waste of time and energy. I expect a full refund for the rubbish service but keep chasing and no response. Please don’t use this service and hire a van and movers yourself , would have saved money and hassle.

Brilliant service - Stackt is great
Superb service, great attention to detail and brilliant staff. Completely different to my usual experience with storage companies.
I started out booking online but I had a number of queries so called in to speak to someone. Jose explained everything very clearly and the answers he gave were detailed and later proved to be accurate.
The collection was scheduled - I had initially asked for a Friday, but then decided I was ready earlier and they were happy to arrange for Wednesday of the same week.
The driver came exactly on time, called me when he was nearby, and arrived with a really heavy duty trolley which gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to do things properly. He was also wearing a Stackt shirt which gave me confidence. He loaded the 12 large crates I had packed quickly and efficiently, completed the paperwork and left. I was notified by email that my crates had arrived safely, and the storage was billed to my card.
Stackt was a LOT cheaper than the local self store places near to me, quoted on an identical unit. More importantly, having used storage numerous times, the attitude and care displayed by Stackt far exceeds the service from regular self storage companies. I felt the pickup was very fairly priced, and was very smooth and hassle free.
Really pleasantly surprised by how great Stackt is. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall smooth and reliable experience with Stackt - I ordered for some things to be placed into storage and retrieved 3 of the boxes. I was pleased they managed to identify the right ones and got them in good time.
One star off only because there is room for improvement: website for ordering retrieval can be buggy at times and using WhatAapp instead of UK number would be great especially for people who moved overseas and is looking to store their items for a period of time.

I had to move out at the last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances, and so I needed something to be done quickly! Stackt prices are competitively matched with other storage companies, and they even came and picked up my stuff and moved it to the storage unit themselves for a relatively affordable price. The process went very smoothly and helped relieve a lot of stress from my situation!

I had a few last-minute changes and the customer service team handled everything calmly. They missed my call but called back real quick and ensured that another helper is on way to assist with the heavy beds and sofa. Movers did not rush and that gave me comfort as I spent a lot on my furniture 😊
