This is appalling place janette IED about absolutely everything around howells bakeries was a dirty hole no clean uniforms so if you are buying Irwin bread or packs of howells buns remember when we were working the uniforms were filthy underarm stains of BO rotten I hurt my back in it and staffline said I was lying
How our company is allowed to continue with this attitude I will never know
As for food outlet complete rotten
Never cleaned toilets an staff area an not allowed phone incase you get video evidence of the dirt in it
Treat all their workers like crap

I have got into so much debt working for this agency for only 3 month... in 3 month I've not done a full 40 hour week I was supposed to be doing, getting less and less as time went on. Some weeks so many shifts got cancelled, I only got 1 day. For 2 straight months, I've had to get a loan to pay my monthly bills. As I already suffer from high anxiety, the financial difficulties I ended up experiencing made it worse and this effected my work performance and I didn't get kept on by the client after my 12 week probation period.

They are a bunch of liars ! Went for my induction and passed the test and was given shifts for the next day but was unable to go as I am a student and had an exam 2 days after so I had already provided them a proper explanation through mail but I was cancelled once and for all as an employee and not given any update on it . I turned up after my exams and worked for 2 days but they did not update my work , made me work for free in the warehouse in the cold environment . I went to the office to talk to them but they fail to acknowledge my work and have failed to pay for 2 days of hard labour in the freezing warehouse and was lied to on my face that I will receive my pay in a matter of 5 days but they did not pay me nor did they send me my pay slip . Dishonest and toxic environment to work in , they don’t care for their employees but act as if they do , they make people work for freee !!!!!

Terrible agency to work for. They don't pay you your holiday pay. Speak to you like dirt on the phone. Bunch of liars. Fired me for my attitude. The company I was at was gutted. Did nothing wrong.

My son has worked for staff line for over 6 months in the first few weeks it seemed to be a caring agency but now they have told him that if he would like a permanent contract with the company that he is working for that he would have to give up all of his studies and concentrate on working what ever hours to the company tell him not ask him to work.
He has been in a couple of times when they have told him to be in and then after couple of hours sent him home and they dont pay him for the whole day this is just like being treated as slaves in his contract it says to ask staffline for any leave requests and now they are saying that he has to ask the company and the company and staffline agency just use them this is not how a human being should be used they are abusing there power over people like my son who are desperate to work and earn so my advice would be to avoid this agency at all costs and find another who respect their workers.

So I must off applied 8 times four Hermes Eastwood job and I eventually got a interview then only got 2 days work I would recommend this company at all

My partner went for an interview at Reading Tesco Distribution Center through Staffline recently.
As almost all the candidates were romanians with poor english and the tutors were romanians as well, they talked only romanian and my partner couldn't follow the conversation. In the end, she hasn't got the job. Shame on this company.

The worst agency I have ever work for. The first time they fired me was apparently due to “not keeping up with the work” however when I went and I spoke to the “client” myself, the people that I spoke to were the managers and most of supervisors, they were not aware that I was fired hence I got my job back the next day. The second time they fired me was because of my “attitude”, the recruitment agency said I had attitude because I mentioned issues regarding my pay and what is the health\safety protocol within the warehouse. I got paid incorrectly for the two weeks I worked with them, and the response of agent was “it only £20, let it slide”, unbelievable but that is exactly what she said. (Dona the recruitment agent from the Huntington office in Cambridgeshire.) When I said I will not return to work until I am paid what I am owed, the response was that I was “threatening” them, I had to educate her on what threatening means. In regarding to the health/safety,
1.The folk lift driver, were driving extremely close
2.Pallets had nails sticking out of them
3.No body was wearing musks
4.Pallets were expected to be pulled as is was quicker then using the any of machinery available
5.Floors were extremely slippery because the pallets were full of water and when unpacking them all of the water will splash everywhere on the floor
6.Working in freezing conditions without proper gear
7.NO TRAINING IS PROVIDED TO DO YOUR JOB(my friend and I went on the “induction” together and the supervisor told us to tick all the boxes that indicated what kind of training they have provided us, once we ticked and singed, he said he will show us everything, he never did and we just started working instantly”

These were someone of the points I raised and I got fired because of that.

Hi there i work for staffline at M&S castle donington and i have to say this agency is by far the best i have ever worked for.... Staffline give me the exact amount of days i need ( and can handle ) as i am a single dad with a very demanding son....my rota is always the same and recieved every friday aswell as my wages going in every friday and not once has there been a discrepancy in my money earnt ...holidays are earnt through shifts completed with regular emails informing me of how many days i have earned and if i need to use any its just a matter of a simple email with a holiday request to which the planning team respond the next day simply saying your request is approved....the hourly rate is reasonable with two temporary wage rises through corona to thank us for our hard work up to 15% lasting for months !!!
If you are looking for agency work this is the company to use , very professional and very thoughtful towards their employee's and this is why i give them 5 stars out of 5 !!!

Horrendous, cancel shifts thats if you manage to get any , dont pay you , no communication , sent messages just to be ignored then they phone you on a sunday afternoon to go in that night . Lie about hourly pay ,basically lie about everything.
HGV sainsburys Basingstoke ,the work is ok and other drivers are polite ,it just staffline, the worst agency I've ever worked for. Avoid

Driver job, for Staffline Primark.
Self tipining class 1/2 , from Thrapston depot.
Usualy gives you suitable start time, but when you on site, you get a surprise, that start time does not exist.
If you not agree with start time wich is hided from you before you come, you baned from site.
If you like surprises in your time planing, thats right for you!
Would never back due to agency strategy.
This was only top up days, not the main job.

Corrupt would be a compliment.
Very toxic, vengeful, dishonest and drowning in nepotism. Very dismissive and ready to lay the blame on the worker. Infantile dealings, ie, if you have a valid complaint, you get punished...either your hours get cut or you lose work all together. They will try and shame face you into backing down. Disgrace to the employment service.

Had an interview, got The job, paid me what they said they Will pay, they answer when I call, good enough for me. Nice helpfull staff.

By far this is the worst experience I have had they’re not bothered with what health problems you have, it’s an awful place to work they just throw you in the deep end and tell you to crack on!

Exploitative and possibly illegal group. I am investigating potential breaches of employment law in this group (Staffline/Grafton). They are the worst type of corporation and I would advise any company or employee to avoid at all costs... especially if you like getting paid on time! Also be sure to check what you are entitled to be paid for (such as mileage) because they certainly won't tell you. Response times are also terrible and it is often necessary to repeatedly contact them and cc the client company's brass so they respond at all. Companies using this group beware as they are not ethical. Employees joining are in a bind as they are needing work but I would say go in with your eyes open that they are absolutely terrible at what they do!

Don’t bother with this shower as they don’t give a dam about the very people who keep them well paid .

Unhelpful , don’t listen don’t do as asked lie and cheat you.

Always listens to my needs and make it work. Fair, payslips are never late, flexible. Big thanks to Staffline at DHL/Sainsburys DIRFT, Daventry. The only drawback is that it charges you a little bit more than other agencies (in my opinion)

Working as hgv driver by those cowboys, Waitrose, Sainsbury, they simply discriminate self employed Ltd drivers, when government has extend IR 35 for another year, and probably will do more. Drivers who cut a middle man and took business in own hand facing now low wages comparing to PAYE or Umbrella wages, more than 30% lower for Ltd. They simply trying get rid od Ltd drivers, as this is still running, and this is big discrimination and maybe case for lawyers. I thing its not them bloody business and should not interacting this way. They want to use middle man ripping of "employees" called unbrella. Its obvious that's serving the same people who run umbrella company or they got deal between themselves how to rip off DRIVERS! COME ON DRIVERS STAND TOGETHER AGAINST THOSE COWBOYS, OTHERWISE another agencies my follow similar way!

I was signed up by Donna at stafffline and put to work the next day driving for hermes and she has kept me busy since, communication has been good and their online shift system is easy to use.

A good agency to work for and never had a problem getting paid.

If I was able to give minus stars I would, I work at Tesco distribution centre in Thurrock and this agency is giving me mental health
ms, the staff team leaders and managers are a joke. I've had issues regarding; Discrimination, Racial comments, Failure to look after staff with minor health problems, Victimisation and no understanding of a bullying policy. The team leaders show favouritism towards eastern European operatives while at work.
