isn’t a schedule. It’s a riddle written by a sadist. It says “10 minutes.” You wait. Then you wait some more. Eventually, you realize the “10 minutes” is the transit authority’s way of saying, “Surprise!
Time means nothing here. Also, your life plans are invalid.” I’ve waited for the 22 so long that I once used the time to memorize the local Pidgeon’s life story. By the time the bus semi-appeared, I’d forgotten why I needed to go anywhere in the first place.
Absolute shambles of a company, beyond laughable.

I could write a book about how atrocious the service is in Bedford but now the only two buses I can use are persistently around 20 minutes late. Too coincidental for them to be both this late, day in and day out. I have come to the conclusion they want people to stop turning up at the bus stop, knowing how bad the service is, so they can tell the council there are not enough users and that they can reduce the service to once a day then zero....
Pot luck.

X5 Milton Keynes to Bedford 1115 Friday 28 November 2025. The bus was using the full width of the road turning right at the Campbell Park Roundabout. I was sitting on an inward facing folding seat. The bus came to a sudden and violent emergency stop as a car had moved into an impossibly small space to turn right and the bus driver had to do an emergency stop. I slid to the floor, unsure if I hit my head but I had assorted bruises. The bus driver exchanged insurance details with the car driver so I guess an impact had occurred. The bus driver took my name and contact details saying he would pass my details to his office and they would contact me to check on my condition. Over a week later nobody from Stagecoach has contacted me and my back and shoulder are still hurting. 01908661886, 07946216508.

I caught the no 9 from Tuffley in to Gloucester city today what a trip.
We got to tredworth rd last stop before entering stroud Rd, a woman got on with a disabled person in a chair unfortunately there was a woman already in one wheel chair come buggy place,
The woman with the disabled person could not get in to the remaining space so it blocked the walkway.
While this was happening a loud mouth lad was ordering the driver to leave another disabled women who was waiting to get on and she can catch the next bus .
The driver did not take control of the situation.
Then with out warning rather the bus go up Southgate sreet it diverts park rd.
Then turns down parkend road right onto Brunswick road then I was expecting it to go straight over to Clarence Street but no it goes up eastgate st ???? Why.

App inaccurate regarding bus times. Buses frequently cancelled, many at short notice. Buses sometimes won't stop, presumably because they are running late and trying to make time up. Overall a poor experience in Gloucester. Yes I know they won't respond to the negative review but that's all they have. The customer should be the priority. But not in Stagecoach's world.
Bus 700 Bad Driving Disrespect for Passengers Ignoring Bus Stops
I waited at the bus stop in South Street in Chichester for the 700 bus due at 17:03 on 1st December, together with at least 4 other passengers. Even though at least one of us out out our hands the bus driver slowed and then pulled off. Two young ladies then ran up to the next stop at the Cathedral and I followed. They waited at the doors for me. I asked the bus driver why he did stop and he claimed that no one had put out their hand. The other passengers all said they had witnessed someone had done so. The bus driver offered no apology - I am 73 and the wind was strong and cold. He then sped off, driving much too fast for the traffic conditions. I was at the top deck of the bus and saw that he didn't stop at the bus stop further along even though the passenger was waving frantically. The bus driver was driving too fast to stop in any case. I spoke to him again when I got off the bus - he said (rudely) "Did you have lights shining in your eyes from other cars?". I reminded him that lights from oncoming traffic would not obscure his sight of the side of the road.
THIS DRIVER IS DANGEROUS. HE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING WITH POOR EYESIGHT AND DRIVING CARELESSLY AS WELL.

But they should reply emails whoever applying for a job. Or they should give any email or phone number so people can get updates about their application.

Delays and cancellations on the 3 bus route in Peterborough. Chronic overcrowding during the rush hour due to single deck buses. I have agreed flexible start times at work as the service terrible. Sometimes my journey home is a nightmare. My twenty-eight day bus pass has increased from £80 to £90 and there is the cost of taxis due to ghost buses that appear on the digital bus stop indicator boards and suddenly disappear.

Stagecoach sunderland is mainly okay but for some reason busses from city center between 2pm to 4pm are a absolute shambles most are late some are canceled and if you manage to get on a bus it is full most of the time there must be at least 20 people having to stand i don't blame the drivers it's the people who run Stagecoach sunderland it's about time they sorted afternoon travel out of city center out because people of sunderland deserve better

The Number 1 in Lincoln is *always* late. Always. I have to catch the 7:24 most days in a nearby village and it’s never, ever been on time. Normally it’s 10 minutes late. Today it’s 30 minutes late. It wouldn’t be as bad if the tracking app let you, the customer, know why. Is it traffic, badly behaved customers, road works? Which is it, because I have to explain to my boss why I’m late. It’s all well and good for the bus drivers, they’re not the ones affected, but we commuters are. I used to get the 6:45, and even that was late on many occasions despite being almost empty and only starting in the villages 15 minutes away. I might have to start getting that bus if the 7:24 keeps being unreliable, making my mornings even tougher. The Number 56 is also always late, although not as frequently as the 1. Stagecoach, sort your act out or people will start refusing to pay their fares!

Abysmal service, no respect
Twice I have got on the 120 bus and both times the driver has said they have no change. I couldn't get off the bus as I was going to the hospital so I had to pay more than the asking fare. Disgusting. Also on Saturday evening 8th November, I got on the bus and the seats were filthy, they hadn't been cleaned in months, absolutely no excuse. This company needs to relook at the service it is offering to the public because it is unacceptable.

It’s time to Review these muppets….. this timeline goes back years…. Rude and aggressive Bus drivers….. a couple of years ago bus braked hard as I was walking to get of the bus, I missed the hand rail and ended up with 15 stitches in my head….. then more Rude drivers, got a magpie mover, been refused entry onto a bus either a few minutes under the scheduled time on an empty bus, had to wait for the next one…. Then to top it up my 17 year old son was asked for ID and when he said he didn’t have any the driver asked if he was taking the piss……. Rude, abusive and obnoxious….. I’m now always wary…. Too many amateurs spoiling the hard work of the professionals…. 62 from Walbottle, the main protagonists…. Gonna get a name and take pics in future.
Caused damages to my car
Stagecoach smashed the wing mirror off my car causing lots of expensive damage. I contacted them and provided all the information - date, time, location etc and they simply ignored me. Awful company.
