Driver Failed To Stop!

I was waiting at the Blackbird Close stop in Wecock Hampshire for the 0650 hrs 39 bus to Havant.
The driver pulled up on the other side of the road from the official stop, changed his signage and then drove off without coming to the stop to let me get on.
I had to wait another 20 minutes for the next one in the cold weather.
Apparently he does this a lot, so why is he still in a job Stagecoach?
Make it clear to your drivers, go to the correct stop, on time and be courteous to customers.
There is no excuse for failing to do your job properly and if it is too much for you resign and find a job elsewhere!

Bus 80 Plymouth-Paington is always late or doesn't arrive today at 6.42 in the morning it hasn't arrived I pay the money and it's always late because it's not on time the bus doesn't arrive it's not worth 0 stars :(

Terrible 336 service

For almost 2 years the 336 bus service to Catford is shockingly poor. My daughter has to leave home an extra 25 minutes for a 5 minute bus ride just because they're so unreliable. She used to catch the 7.58am bus to school. That was always delayed or non existent. So she had to take the 7.43am bus instead. Why now is that bus time being messed about? Didn't arrive at all this morning. She had to walk to school and then up the big hill. The big hill near school is why she doesn't walk all the way to school! I've complained to TFL by email, app and calling. They do nothing. "Fill out the forms", TFL said, "We need your feedback", they said. Rubbish.

Stagecoach has left a whole scheme in…

Stagecoach has left a whole scheme in Beith, ayrshire with no buses. The scheme has a lot of elderly people who rely on this service to get to town or local town.

They said the done a risk assessment and no possibility of getting a bus down while part road closure.
Yet they are able to do a whole new route where cars double parked and there no way a bus get through.
And dont even think about getting the ADROSSAN depot to answer

Bus did not arrive.

The 22.55 B bus from Cheltenham (Pitville Street) to Charlton Kings did not arrive. I had to get a taxi home. Stagecoach owe me £10.50. Please contact me to arrange payment.

Dreadful

Buses always late or don’t turn up at all. Never an explanation for any of it.

Not being able to buy a return anymore forces you to buy two singles which obviously costs more. Scam.

Worst bus service I’ve ever seen. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

Shocking service, buses cancelled at the last minute

We have opted to catch the bus, either in Barnstaple or Fremington, three times in the last few months. Every time the bus has failed to turn up and was cancelled at the last minute.
1) The first time was Green Man Day at Barnstaple. We waited for 2 hours for a bus from 6pm to 8pm at the bus station. The timetable promised a bus right up until the last minute, then cancelled it.
2) Last week my husband and nineteen other members of his group waited for a bus through Fremington to connect in Bideford to take them to Hoops Inn for a meeting and dinner. He waited from 4pm through to 5.15pm but no bus arrived, so when he rang me and I went to collect him and colleague to take them to Hoops inn because they had also missed their connection bus at Bideford.
3) Yesterday we went to catch the bus from Fremington to Instow at 4pm, when again the bus did not come and was cancelled at the last moment, this made us late for his own birthday party. At the bus stop was another gentleman who had come from the Dr's surgery and been waiting for ages to get a bus home. We had to get the car and drive to the party as well as take this poor man home first. Leaving the car overnight I had to go back to collect it first thing this morning.
Stagecoach bus service is shockingly bad. You just cannot rely on it. The last-minute cancellation is so inconvenient, and I am sure completely unnecessary they must know what buses and drivers they must plan the days schedule. Its incompetent, unreliable, disappointing to customers and dangerous for elderly people to be exposed to the cold for hours waiting for a bus that never comes.
It makes a mockery of the effort and expense the North Devon District council is making to put up signs asking us to be Green and go by bus?????
We moved to this location because of the regular bus service, my husband received his bus pass yesterday and the first time he used it there was no bus, to use it on. Dreadful Service.

Kilmarnock bus station needs to be avoided. You team aggressive. Nothing new. Happened 2 year ago, attacking people and buses. Ffs look at where those kids are comiting from. Give them help. Give them hope. Why do they do this. Cos there is nothing for them. Blame the Government not the kids

A very unreliable Bus Service.…

Yet again Stagecoach let us down twice in one day! We find this bus company to give very poor service, late buses, timetabled buses that never arrive, drivers that don't turn up leaving passengers stranded, etc, etc. Exeter Bus Station is a joke, there is hardly any seating, the toilets are constantly closed, there is often nobody to ask for information, the buses mostly leave late or are even sometimes cancelled completely.

Within in the last 6 weeks the 503 tto the William Harvey hospital has been cancelled I'm am paying 24pounds 60p for a weeks travel on a bus service which does not exist i email the customer service at Stagecoach and got told this should not happen and they said for all the problems that I have been having they would give me a weeks travel free i followed the instructions put in the discount code pressed entered and it came back as code invalid its always the 7.16 in the morning which is cancelled i know quite a few of the drivers and they all say the same thing it's the way Stagecoach is treating them so far this week 2 busses on the 503 have been cancelled I have been keeping track of the busses cancelled and so far it's up to 17

Waiting for number 16 from Sunderland…

Waiting for number 16 from Sunderland Town Centre to Hastings Hill, due 4.10pm turned up 4.27pm, absolutely packed and no room for women with pram, also drove past next stop as too packed for any more passengers, always seems to be this bus service! Terrible service yet again and these electric busses have less seats.

Abysmal

Least reliable bus service I've ever had the misfortune to experience.
Buses are either ridiculously late or fail to arrive at all, and their app does not communicate this at all.

Unwilling victim

5 days a week I have the absolute pleasure of using this service, it always fails to meet my expectations which at this point for the service are astronomically low.

I sure do love having to wake up an extra 40 minutes early each day just to account for 1 of the 3 busses i need to get being routinely cancelled at the moment they should just be coming around the corner. Oh but silly me, why can't I just check the app then?
The app has busses appear and disappear from the live tracking, fails to load the route correctly and is never accurate to when a bus is actually arriving.
