The technician

The technician, Ian, from the Emmiera Group was superb. Caring, helpful, polite, professional and punctual. Many thanks for an excellent service. Highly recommended.

We bought a sofa and paid an extra £200…

We bought a sofa and paid an extra £200 for insurance. We’ve had the sofa less than a year and a tear appeared in the fabric. Straight away I completed an online form to have someone to come and repair the tear. We booked a slot which was about 3 weeks from when we saw the tear as it was the only one available when we were there. The man who came said that the tear isn’t covered because it happened over time. Which doesn’t make sense because we’ve had the sofa less than a year and claimed straight away. The truth is that the fabric was very thin anyway and Staingard don’t want to know or help.

Excellent in all respects

The repair service was excellent in all respects. They responded quickly and the service engineer arrived promptly and got straight to work. His workmanship was superb, he was very polite and we are delighted.

Inexperienced staff

Technician who came and worked on our mattress to clean stain didn’t do anything to fix the issue technician was a young lad more like new apprentice learning the job after complain company contacted to mattress supplier where I originally purchased it they changed it due to having insurance coverage which is good I’ve received new mattress but this time didn’t purchase for bedguard insurance as see no point doing so as the technician they send won’t be able to do their job to get stain off .

Don’t waste your money on Staingard…

Don’t waste your money on Staingard Insurance. There Technicians use any excuse they can so as not to pay out. Funny how they only respond to positive reviews on Trust Pilot.what’s the point of a 5yr warranty, not worth the paper it’s written on

Excellent customer service

Although the replacement part took a long time to arrive, the company kept in touch along the way, and that kind of communication is much appreciated. Their technician was great and solved a minor issue quickly. Great customer service all the way!

Fantastic work

Couldn’t have asked for an easier or better experience. They were out within a day of the phone call to repair a table. The attention to detail from the technician was outstanding and the professionalism was fantastic. Would highly recommend this company

One VERY satisfied customer

I contacted the company and could not believe the speed at which my problem was dealt with. First class as was Ben who came up to assess and repair my recliner chair...just amazing. Thankyou somych.
