I placed the order a week ago and haven't heard from Stair Parts since. No emails or communication on the status of the order.

I ordered 3 parts and they were delivered in 3 days.

The newel posts I ordered are exactly as described and are excellent quality. Customer service was excellent: I sent a question with my order and received an answer within hours. The shipment arrived very quickly, in perfect condition.

Ordered box newel, got it quickly. Damaged, & I ordered wrong wood. Customer service fixed problems next day. Aside from mix up, post was beautifully crafted!

Received exactly what I ordered. Carefully packed. Delivered in two business days. Good quality.

I recently purchased some spindles. The quality was top rated and their survive was extremely fast.

Rich and his staff are excellent to work with. I had made a mistake on 2 newels in my order and they fixed it immediately before shipping and also my contractor advised I didn't need the mounting blocks and they removed and credited my account. I had my order within a week. I highly recommend Stair Parts USA.

I cannot write real review, haven't got order yet, but so far at least they responded and were able to manufactur what I needed at a decent cost. Will be able to review actual product when I recieve it, as it is a custom order.

Efficient service, a great product delivered promptly and well packaged. The customer service helpline is also very well managed.

I required balusters, and I ordered them in a prefinished white, which had a 5 day lead time in addition to shipping. The balusters arrived in a week since I told them about needing them as soon as possible. They were well painted requiring no additional work at all besides installation. The packaging was great, and all through the process I received notification of shipping, along with tracking numbers.

Overall a great experience, and they are now my go-to guys for stair parts.

Ordering was easy and the parts are high quality. Customer service line was great also. Only problem I had was with the shipping. Tracker said it would arrive on 3/2 so my wife stayed home all day. In the end it came two days later on the 4th. Good news is there wasn't any damage in shipping.
