I've consistently had a great experience with Stan Store. On this day in particular, I URGENTLY needed documents from them in order to file my taxes. I had very low expectations that I'd get the assistance I needed in a timely manner. Just moments after my request, a representative by the name of Sidney responded with all the docs I needed along with a kind message. I'm grateful for this service.

I reached out because I didn’t know how to cash out. I expected it to be a two or three day process of going back and forth with somebody who didn’t understand my problem. I was pleasantly surprised! I sent my email at 6:23 am and received a response at 6:39 am with the answer to my problem. Christie was very thorough and knew exactly what my problem was and how to resolve it. Bonus points, she didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what to do. Customer service is an A+!

Both Sidney and Bradley had been extremely responsive and helpful to my inquiries about a payment that I could not locate in my business Paypal account (turned out the creator for the product use a name for the transaction that I cannot identify). Usually would not know how great a company's service is until there was an issue, and because of this, Sidney and Bradley proved that Stanstore is a platform that I can trust. Thanks both!
