So Helpful

So so helpful! When I had an issue, I emailed them and got a response within 10 mins of sending it, solving my problem immediately. They also included a video detailing how to fix it in case I needed extra clarity. Impressed!

Custom Stripe account

My question was whether I needed to configure anything on Stripe after setting up the custom Stripe account through Stan.

Mr. Bradley from Stan Support replied within 30 minutes. His response included a diagram and was very clear and easy to understand, and it resolved my question right away.

If you have any questions, I highly recommend asking their support team directly instead of searching for answers online.

What I think about Stan store and what I would love to see added.

Stan has been solid for my business since I started using it. Although there have been some glitches in some products and pages on the user's end, everything has been smooth.
I would be happy if Stan could bring a mobile application for both android and IOS which, I believe, will make the user experience more rewarding.
I would also be extremely happy if there could be more analytics features based on the product (its revenue, etc) as well as more customization for email marketing.

Customer support answered all my questions within 50 minutes. Just amazing. Now AI bot support nonsense, but instead actual human support.
