Amazing bloke, I accidentally ordered the wrong set and he was so helpful.. let me change them over not a problem... all fitted onto the car and is now driving so much better

The support team were super helpful. Next day delivery so very efficient. I needed some extra bolts and they dealt with my email same day and they were with me next day.

The guys at stanced couldn’t have been more helpful. I knew what I wanted to achieve but not what I needed. They were so helpful despite my clueless emails even before I’d spend a penny. The spacers were not only great quality and came with all the extended wheel nuts they also include and locking ones too. Very few companies seemed to offered this, especially when their price was more than competitive. When I had an issue with the locking wheel nuts attachment they sent another free of charge immediately. Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I accidentally ordered the wrong ones but they had no trouble in replacing these for the correct ones with next day delivery. The wheel spacers are excellent quality complete with all the correct bolts and locking nuts, can’t fault them. Would definitely use again, highly recommend.

Ordered a Spacer Kit for my BMW F23, arrived really quickly! I didn't get around to the fitting for a couple of weeks after delivery and then realised I'd ordered the wrong bolt size. I sent 1 email and STANCEDUK came back within minutes with a solution.

All further emails and questions were answered quickly and the replacement bolts were sent the same day.

I ordered my coilovers with stanced UK with express delivery but they did not turn up because of DPD issues once I contacted stanced UK they got back to me straight away and sent out another package that arrived

I ordered a parcel, on next day express however, i didn’t receive it the next day, due to errors on royal mails end,yet stanced uks support team gave me ample amount of support and updates with this matter; I also made a mistake on the order i placed accidentally ordering the wrong size bolts. They had patience with me and gave me several options on how i could get the correct parts for my car and helped loads and loads. I had a quick response to a email enquiry about a suitable replacement kit of coil overs suspension for a T5 transporter carellve.had a response asking if the van was a non T32 for the right set up .
Ordered kit had next day delivery on reserving kit found a quality component's.

Ordered bimecc spacers for my f82 however accidentally ordered e series bolts instead of f series bolts. Stanced uk were really helpful in identifying which bolts were the correct ones and exchanged them for me. Really chuffed with the service provided will definitely place future orderes here. Highly recommend to all

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong bolts. Stanced UK were keen on sending back the right ones after I returned the wrong ones with no extra charges. They also provided very useful tips for fitting the spacers on the wheel hubs (cleaning with a wire brush first). I recommend this company.

Overall I'm very happy with the kit it feels good quality good finish relatively straight forward to fit even if you are a beginner, on saying that a link to a video or a bit more literature in the box could help people who haven't lowered a van before. I would definitely recommend this kit for value for money the only thing it's missing is a stanced UK sticker for the back of the van !!

Coil over kits fitted for 3 of my VW caddy vans. All fitted perfectly and the ride is good, not too harsh.

I purchased four Bimtec spacers from Stanced UK following very helpful advice over the phone. The spacers were sent out promptly. The fit was perfect as a result of the advice received. The price was competitive too. I would highly recommend Stanced UK to anyone.

I honestly cannot believe the value for money. I am used to buying much more expensive coilovers. These are every bit as good.
