Ordered just cancelled

I placed an order for 3 Stanley cups for Christmas presents on the 7th December for a total of £185.
They confirmed the order and took the money.
I received an email to say my goods were delayed but were coming.
Today(18/12/25)I received an email to say my order was cancelled and I would be refunded my money.
It now leaves me no time to try and re order from another source leaving very disappointed relatives with no gift!
I sent an email saying how disappointed I was with the service and they offered me 20% off my next order!
Why would I place another order when they didn’t send my original one.
This is disgraceful customer service!!

Scam

This appeared to be the genuine Stanley website, i placed the order received no acknowledgment from the seller. The Paypal receipt states Lesley White for £126 however i have been charged £139. The only way to contact the seller is via the website. I have reported as a problem with Paypal and requested a refund for the £139

Scam!

Looks like a genuine website, it isn't paid via PayPal and the payment went to a random account with the name egregaregaraegre.... it went on longer but the same letters over again. Noticed straight away but the payments still sat pending and nothing I can do until its processed and I can dispute. Avoid.
