Scott came to our home to fix our old Navien tankless water heater. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a leaking heat exchanger. He said that we either need to replace the heat exchanger or purchase a new Navien. He then offered to contact Navien and see if by any chance, the old Navien was eligible to be under their 15-year warranty. The next day Scott received a new Navien, at no cost to us, which was an upgrade to my old Navien. The same day he came and expertly de-installed the old Navien and installed the new Navien. He modified the plumbing to work with the new Navien and he was a wizard with the PVC. Scott was a joy to watch

Scott saved us thousands of dollars. He could easily have sold us a new unit but instead, went the extra mile.

On Saturday night before going to bed I heard popping noises and saw sparks coming out of the top of our water heater. First thing Sunday morning, I called Stan The Hot Water Man and Kenny called back within minutes and said he could come by shortly to take a look. He arrived much quicker than I expected and found fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Kenny was friendly, kind, honest and straightforward and I would recommend Kenny at Stan The Hot Water Man to anyone having water heater issues. Thank you!
