The staff was amazing
The staff was amazing! The exam was quick, and when it was time to pick out my frames, the staff was attentive and so helpful in picking out something that looked nice on me! All of them were so helpful. It made me feel like I didn’t want to leave. It took me almost 2 hours just to pick out the frames that I needed not because of the staff, but because I was indecisive and it didn’t feel like anybody was pushy to get me out. They continue to be attentive the entire two hours. I can’t express how much fun I had! Just amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else again and let me add that I got five pairs of glasses and still did not pay as much as I paid for one pair of glasses at my own eye doctor!! I also did not realize, but for my glasses with standard lenses and polycarbonate lenses I walked out with that day. They cut the lenses in office and put my glasses together so I got to rock my new frames same day!!!! if I could give them 100 stars I definitely would☺️

Well, I really didn’t care for the idea that they advertise two pairs with progressive lenses and free eye exam for $139 and when you get in there, the girl says it’s another 40 some dollars for a special test that’s now required but I told her I would forget it and she said well. I guess we can do it without that test so I went ahead and afterwards the guy in the end told me the lenses. I’m getting our plastic if I wanted decent lenses that wouldn’t scratch up with another 40 or $50 which I did go ahead and get but I think you should tell people upfront what they’re getting for $139.

The ordering of the glasses went bad
The ordering of the glasses went well. The price was more than I expected tho. Went to get both sets of glasses and only one had been ordered. Tried reading a book yesterday and cannot read with the ones I did pick up. Now theres another trip to fix that. Staff was very friendly & service was ok.

Bait and switch operation. In store prices said buy one pair at $79 and get one of equal or lesser value free. Bill was over $700 b4 discounts and still almost $300. Was told that the factory was getting orders out quicker then two weeks and still dont have one of my glasses two weeks later

Awful, Wrong, Confusing
Where Do I start, First, the test was done poorly they entered my previous prescription wrong and they administered test results were awful and confusing, Was told my glasses would be ready the same day had to come back 2 days later. Then the glasses were wrong, and I had to come back again to see the doctor and take another test. After they got that sorted, I had to go back twice as they still messed up my lens. What a terrible waste of time going in 5 times
Then to backtrack, the pricing was confusing. The signs say 79.99 buy one get one but when we get to check out, they told me its 460$. I ask them about the special, and he says oh let me correct it then comes back with 350$ and I had to ask again for him to finally figure out the pricing.
What a disaster, really. I its been nothing but a waste of time and money

Ty was awesome, eye doctor was very thorough, only complaint is that I picked two frames with the dots for two pairs for 169.99 with the exam included and paid well over $500 for my visit, pricing should be explained better for sure cause it didn’t make sense to me
