Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL, the glasses had to be remade.
The initial eye exam was done remotely. I have a very specific prescription due to my stigmatism. I ordered two pair of glasses, totaling around $500. Two days later I add Transitions to one pair for an additional $180. I confirmed twice which pair to apply this too, but was incorrectly applied to the wrong pair. I noticed problems with my vision almost immediately. Scheduled another exam, this time with an inhouse doctor. The prescription was different, so additional glasses had to be reordered. I can't say how much I enjoyed the front desk staff. A+++ employees

Exceptional Staff
This company is only as good as the staff and Stanton Optical on North Pleasantburg has EXCELLENT customer service. They are not perfect, but make cheerful adjustments that make the results exceptional!!! From my initial appointment to the new eyewear, I am completely satisfied.

I went there to have my eyes checked…
I went there to have my eyes checked and it was a weekday and later in the day. Not many people there. Was seen right away. The staff was great. They were very informative and explained things well since I've never had tonwear glasses in my life till now. They also have a great selection of glasses and they use insurance. I had an overall good experience and would recommend anyone to go there too.
