As soon as I walked in, I was made to feel welcome.
Haykel was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and took care of my insurance while I was looking for frames.
They have a very large selection of women's frames and I found the one's I was looking for pretty quickly.
When I came back to pick up my new glasses the staff that morning were just great!
I highly recommend this store if you like friendly, helpful customer service.

An ok experience.
It was ok, could have been better but I got what I needed so its fine. The waiting area could be better, maybe a tv or something while we wait to be seen which was about 15 minutes. The selection of frames could be better, maybe add some Oakleys and raybans to the selection.

Because of ONE associate at Santee, CA store, I won’t go back to that location. I decided to try Grossmont location and they were understanding and helped get my glasses processed.
