Outstanding Customer Service and Welcoming Atmosphere
I had a wonderful experience at Stanton optical every staff member was helpful and so welcoming. I don't think I have ever felt that welcomed in any establishment let alone a stanton optical location. Hanin took care of me the whole way through and I truly appreciated her kindness and overall knowledge. I was happy to get my exam, ultrasound, 2 pairs of glasses, and a membership that I was happy to do so since the staff there was so great and I expect to be back soon for some more frames (Since I lose them all the time).

Warranty upheld!
We had an issue with a pair of glasses we bought a few months ago. Replacement glasses were ordered but we are moving out of state. The store manager offered to mail them to us once they got in. Thank you

Excellent teamwork
Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, also extremely helpful in choosing my frames for my new glasses due to not being able to stand for long periods of time, she brought me a variety of options before I chose one. Great team work. I got 2 of the 3 pairs I needed within 30 minutes. The 3 rd needed to be sent out since were sunglasses.

Bad service
My order was wrong, and it took a long time for the glasses to be ready.
The staff didn't adjust the fit of my glasses at all. I was very disappointed. I won't use this store anymore.

Every body is friendly and made me feel…
Every body is friendly and made me feel welcome. I gave them only three stars because: one, I was in the impression that the sale applied to my new glasses. It wasn't until I was getting the bill ready that the desk person told me it only applied 50% because I was using my insurance. Two, she also took my measurements wrong for the bifocals and three, I had to drive back twice after that to finally get just reading glasses. Just be more careful about disclosing what the deals cover upfront. That's all.
