Something seems wrong!
I received my order 1 week after my appt. My new lenses were ok but I was struggling to focus when using my bifocals. Today, day 2, I can hardly focus at all with either my bifocal or the regular(distance?) part of the lense. 😟

The process was easy
The process was easy. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.I enjoyed looking at all the great frames that were available. My glasses came in before the projected date. I love both pair that I got. The fact that they do free adjustments and nose pads replacement is a bonus.

Exam went well like before. However, after purchasing new glasses, I only wished somebody their knew exactly what to do and walk me through the entire process of submitting a rebate. Excellent Customer Service (and saved me money, too).
I heard there was a 50% off sale and I called to see if I needed a new exam; I had just had one last summer.
The person on the phone said no, so I headed in for a pair of sunglasses and I picked out my frames when I walked in the door. The salesperson told me how much, then she thought a minute, did some figuring, and told me to go get another pair of frames. She figured out how to get me the sunglasses AND a new (another) pair of glasses for LESS THAN just a pair of sunglasses.
When I went to pick them up, they were ready for me and the staff was nicer than nice. Picking them up took me less than 5 minutes. Yay!
