I went had an exam they ordered…
I went had an exam they ordered glasses. I went back on Monday and told them I couldn’t see out of the left they gave me an other exam and was told they couldn’t do anything for me. They said once I get my cataracts fix then come back. Once again I told them I had those done 2 years ago. Well they couldn’t do anything for me I had to go to an ophthalmologist I said I thought I was to one had I known I wouldn’t have gone there. I asked if I got my money back because now I have to pay for an exam she told me no. Plus now I have a 5/800 pair of glasses that don’t work with no professional help from them. Very disappointing in my experience.

Staff was excellent. Personable, experienced, and knowledgeable. Disappointed to find out no actual Optometrist on the premises. Price of glasses still not within budget for bifocals.
