Terrible service
Terrible service. It took about two hours to complete my contact lens exam and place my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed because they were short-staffed that day, and they were arguing and complaining in front of customers, which was unprofessional. Also, having an appointment didn't seem to make a difference—they were seeing walk-in customers as well, so the wait was just as long.

This was my second experience at this location and honestly the best one so far. The people were very friendly and quick to greet me as I arrived for my appointment. They all immediately made me feel comfortable and there was no wait time for me to be helped. I was in and out exceptionally fast and even left with one pair of my glasses the same day! Arden Way Ghetto Office
I did NOT get two pairs for $79. I did NOT get my glasses in 30 minutes. I ordered two papers of glasses ands one pair of Rx sun glasses. I have yet to get my sunglasses. When I picked up my glasses the person who gave me my glasses did not sit with me to see if they got or if the Rx was correct. She told me to “try them on and see for yourself.” And then turned away. The location on Arden Way has a ghetto vibe and the worst so called customer service. Nope.

This was my first experience visiting an optometrist, and I was very impressed. My contact lens prescription had expired, so I had a comprehensive eye exam and received a new prescription. I was also given the opportunity to try two different types of contact lenses in different price ranges, which made it much easier to choose the ones that felt most comfortable.
I also really appreciated the discount on the eye exam when purchasing contact lenses, so I decided to buy a 90-day supply right away. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
