Overall I felt underserved. My insurance ended up not going very far. The frames were discounted which tells me they are cheap but then every additional item on the lens was upsold and overpriced. To top is off, all of the exam was done by machine, no Dr. onsite and of course there were parts of the exam that weren't included as well but you could purchase addl machine exams.

This place is a verifiable RIP-OFF
This place is a verifiable RIP-OFF. Posted all over the outside is the ubiquitous, "2 Pairs of Glasses $79! Includes eye exam". Go in, and you're told, "Oh, we no longer offer that promotion." I said, "Well, you certainly DO! You have made multiple 'offers to sell' at a particular price, and we are here to accept such offer." [They even have orange signs near frame displays that say, "$79 frames"~ INSIDE the store! ] The guy says, "Oh no, we don't have to honor that w/o a disclaimer. Consumer Affairs is good w/us." Horse pucky! My husband was sold an expensive service and some "reflective coating" so maybe rain on the road won't seem so bright..." Oh, please! He had this coating on the last pair, and it peeled so badly he can no longer SEE thru them! STAY AWAY!! This place is a total scam!!

José did an outstanding job!
José did an outstanding job, especially considering he was the only employee working on June 14, 2026. There were four customers ahead of us, but he handled everyone efficiently while regularly checking in with those waiting and letting us know he’d be with us as soon as possible. He remained polite, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.
When it was my turn, José clearly explained my options and helped me find an additional pair of prescription sunglasses to go along with the other pair I had selected. The deals were great, and the customer service was even better.
When I returned to pick up my glasses, José was there to assist me again. He made sure everything was in order before I left, answered all of my questions, and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His excellent customer service from start to finish made for a great experience. Thank you, José!
