I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical! The entire process during the eye exam was smooth and professional, and the staff took the time to clearly explain everything about my glasses and prescription. Everyone was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I also found beautiful frames at an excellent price.

Place was clean and orderly
Place was clean and orderly. One of the workers there was very effusive to the point where he didn’t give you the opportunity to get a word in. Otherwise, he was very cordial. The technician performing the initial exam was quite good. Very clear instructions and listened to my responses. Articulate and cordial. I had an exam by the Doctor as well. She hardly looked at me when discussing any item. There was no comparison between this exam and my previous one. Never asked if I was experiencing new issues with my vision. Efficient but not engaging. I did get a new prescription and decided to order a new pair of glasses. I was told they would be ready in two weeks and that I would be contacted by the staff when they arrive. Well, it’s passed two weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I believe that I will be looking for new place for my future eye care needs.
