I recently purchased a star for a friend. Unfortunately I accidentally purchased two. I immediately E-mailed the company and explained the issue.
I got no reply.
Two days later I got an E-mail telling my order had been dispatched!
I sent another e-mail today explaining the situation.
I still have no reply, not even an acknowledgment of my E-mail.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Traveling with Star group was excellent food and hotels was good our tour manager was very friendly he looked after us like his family the only thing we dint like was taking us to shoe and perfume factory it was time waste in that time we could have seen another places

So pleased with this! It's so difficult buying for my dad as he has absolutely everything! He is the best person I know - not just coz he's my dad but because he is my best mate too! I'm not the only person who thinks he has star quality either! Everyone who knows him says he is a diamond! I couldn't afford a diamond so the star was the next best thing! Me and my big sis got it and he was propa chuffed with it!

I got a star named for my partner’s 18th Birthday as they helped us through a very difficult time. The website was perfectly laid out which made everything incredibly easy for me to design and to make absolutely perfect for my boyfriend. Loved the website and the delivery time was relatively short, all in all, couldn’t pick a fault and would recommend to anyone. Absolutely gorgeous and unique idea for a present for others or yourself!

This service is such a lovely idea. Perfect for any occasion, for us we purchased this in memory of my Grandad and gave to my Nan and Mum on his birthday so that we could remember him at a special time.

This is a wonderful thing to give as a present. The quality of the certificate and photo is superb. I can highly recommend it.

I named the star after my two children, I like to think of them up there dancing playing amongst the stars. The experience choosing the star was straightforward, I made a few changes here and there which the team adjusted for me quickly with no problems and its just a lovely thing to have framed on the wall to show and pass down to the family. I tell the younger ones now that we already have a place to go when we leave here and we look out the window up to the sky and wave to our next home 😉

The process was easy from start to finish. The website makes it very clear what you have to do, the package arrived well within the time frame and the certificate is lovely. Would definitely recommend this as a present or a keepsake.I don't know how easy the website is to try and find the star as it was given to someone as a gift.
