Wanted to leave a review as I was really cautious about ordering from this company after reading the reviews on here. It was quick and easy to order. Customers services were really quick to respond to initial questions. The product is high quality and packaged beautifully. I would happily use them again.

Item was lost by the carrier - not their fault, however when I contacted them to resolve this they did not respond, I have sent 3 emails and not one reply.
This was for a memorial gift as a 1 year remembrance of someone lost, it missed the date but more importantly seems to have vanished!
I will update here if a solution is found, although looking at the reviews I feel I may have to take further action.

We named a star for a friends baby who sadly passed away at 2 days old. She had been through a deeply traumatic experience and we thought this would go some way to bringing comfort.

We purchased the bear remembrance package. The package turned up in a tatty cardboard box which looked like it had been repurposed numerous times! Thank goodness it came to me first to check it rather than delivered straight to the grieving mother. You can only imagine the upset!

It just got worse from there…

When I opened the box the gift looks nothing like advertised on the website. The bear was cheap quality. The packaging looked like it had been pulled together in haste. Most importantly, the star registration documents are cheap paper, printed with a printer that is clearly running low on ink and where they are not faded, they have clear ink lines running through all of the ‘registration documents’. The QR code is only just usable! How would she have framed or cherished these documents in this condition?! Disgusting!

I have attached pictures and should I not receive a full refund immediately I will be taking this further! Imagine if this would have been delivered straight to the grieving mother??? Absolutely despicable.

Bought a star certificate ( vip one) for my best friend birthday ( 19th of april) since 4th of April....
I am so ashamed to go to her party and tell her I have no gift!

I have not received anything...tried to call them/ email / form and message on Facebook no reply... is this a real site ???

Bought my daughter a star for her birthday, received the catalogue listing and the certificate however when you try and search for the star on the star listing nothing at all happens. You cannot locate or see your star.

Never received anything, have emailed the company and have no response must be a scam

I wanted to name a star after my nephew who had passed away, hoping it would look like the examples on the website. In reality, what you receive is a black and white photo of a photocopied area of stars, that is really faint!
The certificate and everything else is great, it's just the exceptionally poor star chart (you can't even see the stars!) that is disappointing.
I have contacted them three times, and eventually had a reply.
They have apologised that I am not happy, and have offered a refund.
I didn't really want a refund, just to be able to see a clear photo of my star within the constellation.

Starlistings have tried really hard to help me, and have sent me a colour photo through the post today, so hopefully this will be better.

Overall, I think if you have a problem, give them a chance to reply. Resend your question if no response after a few days.

Certificate does not arrive as what the preview on the screen shows when ordering. I scanned the QR code that is on one of the pieces of paper to find the star, when i put in the star catalogue number nothing came up. AVOID save your money.

SCAM company! Do not order as it will never arrive! I ordered this gift for a 10yr old child that had passed away. And it never arrived! I phoned the company and they couldn’t care less! Absolutely disgusting at this awful time for us.

I received the ‘engraved star gift set’ for my birthday this year as an astronomy lover. I was really impressed with how well it was packaged and laid out- very pretty :) The engraved star was good quality and the star map and certificate looks good quality too. You can look up your star on the website aswell, however I do wish that the tracking system showed you more specifically which is the star you named. Overall though, a brilliant gift especially for the price.

The Bear, was not the Bear on the web site. The Bear was white, small and no pink bow. Ment to be a Brown bear but, we got a white bean bag Bear which was very poor quality. Spent a lot of money on this and was not worth the price. The certificate that came with it was just dots on a paper. How do you look for the named star ? Very disappointed and we are now having to go on another web site to buy another one, as this was a present for someone and we are ashamed to give it to them

It's now been a week since I have emailed star listing International and I still have had no reply. I emailed them on there own wedsite last week. I know they worked over Christmas as we ordered the star Christmas eve,
so they have had plenty of time to reply. The person who this was a present for died yesterday. So I would like to say thank you very much and what a con you are and I will be putting more bad feed back on other sites for your conpany.

I only have put 1 star as it would not let me put a review if no stars were put.

The website was very easy to use, with options made clearly available throughout the order.
For what is essentially a piece of paper in a very nice box however, the prices could be a little more balanced.

Overall, great service, prompt delivery, no complaints.

Came in a beautiful box with feathers and stars. A lovely way to remember someone
