Amazing build quality and performance!

The cord management was impeccable everything was secured and tightened. Which has lead to a worry free and issue free pc.

The product was delivered on time and it's in great shape. It was missing a Starforge backplate that was supposed to be included though. But I'm not upset about it. Would recommend to others.

PC is absolutely amazing and I haven’t run into any issues with it. When the pc got delayed, support was honest and kept me updated.

Pete has been super responsive, trusted me on the troubleshooting steps I've done, gave some clear things to try, and started a quick replacement process as we determined the cause is a faulty motherboard. I really appreciate swapping out the computer rather than waiting on the back forth for a repair, especially since I got the machine only a couple weeks ago. Super highly recommended.

I've been using the Starforge PC for a month now and I have absolutely no complaints. It runs like a well-oiled machine. The Frieren case is fantastic, very well made, simply top-notch. Customer service has always kept me up to date. Thumbs up for that! A big thank you from Germany to the entire Starforge team, keep up the good work and all the best for the future!

Originally quoted 2-4 weeks and wound up being 6 as a result of the supply shortage of the 5090s, no fault of starforge. I did however reach out to them on the 4th week and only then did I learn that they had over 100 GPUs on backorder. My only complaint is that I wish I would have been notified earlier, but when I did email them they were quick to respond and informative. Also, over the 3 weeks after I ordered, the price of the Voyager III Elite increased over $600, but they assured me they would honor the price at order, which was also appreciated, albeit expected.
The PC itself runs fantastic and was delivered safely and surprisingly quickly (3 days TX-NY). It looks great, a little noisy, but it's hard to complain about a 5090/9800x3d. When I ordered the ram was supposed to be 5600mhz but wound up being 6000, that was a nice surprise!
Despite my annoyances with delivery being delayed, Starforge did their best given the craziness the PC market is going through.

Absolutely LOVE my PC also mixed with one my favourite anime’s best decision I ever made!

Shipping was more than excellent, came a day earlier than earliest estimate. Packaging was fantastic, nothing came broken. Had some old drives I installed, was initially unaware the sata power cables for SSDs and HDDs were not plugged into PSU. Otherwise works perfectly out of the box!
