Computer arrived on time, and I found no flaws with it. Runs games fantastically. Love the customability and looks amazing. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Worst company to deal with if you ever have an issue with your PC. Good luck is all I can say. Will lie about how you sent your PC in for repairs and then say it’s the lighting in the pictures.

The wifi adapter built into the motherboard went bust after just a couple months and not even ethernet would work

I really like the product. It took a bit with unclear tracking to get it, but interaction with customer service put my mind at ease. I would think if possible something like an AR function like Amazon does with furniture may be helpful to the overall experience. I knew I was getting a medium case, but did not realize just how big that actually was until bringing it to my apartment and setting it up. I had to scramble to find a new place for it to rest compared to my initial expectation.

The process to buy was easy and straightforward. The system looks great and works amazing right out of the box! Very happy I chose to go with Starforge Systems for my first PC!

The PC I ordered came in perfect condition! Setting up was a breeze thankfully there were also instructions in case you aren't sure how to set up a PC. It was a straightforward process and continues to work great after spending a couple months with it now. The only non-issue was the waiting for the PC itself to arrive as they had to send an email to remind me that they were still building it but otherwise it was well worth the wait.

Would have been nice if it didn't have to happen at all, but I get that sometimes stuff happens and they get bad parts too.

Amazing pc. Setup was smooth. No issues

My PC was over a month late with zero communication until I contacted you guys. Then I was given a new deadline, and that passed. So I contacted you again. Took a month and a half after my initial deadline to get my PC. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because I got free wall art.

Outstanding performance, solid specs, however my case came with scratches on the top as well as the side glass not staying on completely after I followed the instructions for unboxing it.

Going into every game before I even play and turning all the settings to the highest and knowing the game is going to work and look amazing is a pretty awesome feeling.

Shipped slightly ahead of schedule despite an apparent backlog on parts. Arrived in a properly anonymized box. Computer came out of the box *almost* ready to boot up (gotta remove those foam stabilizers) and was delightfully free of shovelware. The only way it could have been better is if it came with the debloated Windows settings by default.

My problem isn't technical its visual if you care about what you're computer looks like keep in mind you might not receive any RGB even though its displayed in every single picture on the website the small disclaimer says parts may very depending on availability and this includes but doesn't say RGB personally i feal this would mean part as in company but as every company makes RGB id assume the different part would still b RGB but nope so i received a 6000$ computer that looks like crap compared to what was advertised and While customer support was polite they politely told me to bad i can send it back if i dont like it this may not technically b false advertisement but it feals like it i bought it to b powerful but to also b a display piece not a black block on my desk personally i dont think i could buy from them again as i can no longer trust that i will get what i am shown

The entire process was easy. The system came extremely fast and was packaged perfectly. All I had to do was plug it in and turn it on. I couldn't be happier with everything!

Value for performance is so high and I really do love the options they provide for their customers

Excellent experience, contacted me back in a timely manner, and shipping was very fast once shipped.
PC parts were all from reputable compaines, like MSI, WD and so on. 10/10.

Will buy another PC through them when its time to upgrade later in the future.
