I ordered my Stark Varg MX through the company's website. The order process was quick and easy. Since I was on vacation when I placed the order, I planned to transfer the full amount once I returned.
The first thing I noticed that didn't align with the company's high-quality image was the delivery date. It seemed to be a static value rather than a correct calculation. My delivery was scheduled for a Sunday, which isn't possible for deliveries, at least in Germany. Even after Stark's system registered my full payment, the delivery date was not updated. After waiting seven days with no movement on the order, despite their stated 7-day delivery time, I reached out to support. Once they processed my request, the shipping process started immediately. I got the feeling that if I hadn't contacted them, the order would have remained idle for a while.
I watched the shipping status, which changed every few hours, to see where the bike was. Once it reached the carrier's final depot, I was very excited for it to be delivered. Luckily, I was monitoring the tracking closely because I never received any information about the specific delivery time—no call, no email with an estimate. I was at home to receive it, but I'm not sure everyone would be so fortunate.
Assembling the bike was straightforward and easy, especially if you have worked on bikes before. While a few minor issues can detract from the experience, the first ride was worth all the stress beforehand.
However, after only three hours of riding, I already have two flat tires. I knew about the issues with Stark's tubes but thought they would have fixed this by now; apparently not. I contacted support, hoping they might offer me a set of new ones, perhaps the revised version they use on the new Alpha model. But that wasn't the case. They simply told me I could order the standard ones from their shop and did not offer a free pair as a replacement. I've never had a flat tire after just three hours of riding. One might be bad luck, but both? This, along with the response to my support inquiry, is very disappointing. I hope I don't have other issues in the future. In any case, I have now ordered standard inner tubes for the Varg MX.

My bike has just arrived after waiting for more than 7 months. It has been all set up and is now not working.
When you twist the throttle you can hear the motor working but the back wheel is not spinning.
Initially we noticed that the light was flashing yellow so we initiated a software update by holding both of the up and down buttons at the same time. That fixed the light which is now green, but still no power to the back wheel and can't use the bike.
Hoping to be able to take this down if they can help me to resolve quickly.

No connection to the Stark Phone for over 2 months
I haven’t been able to connect my Stark Bike to the Stark Phone for more than two months. As a result, I can’t make any settings or see the battery status. Support does respond, but despite 20 emails and two meetings, there’s still no solution.

This is just a marketing stunt, I have many issues with my varg ex. They don't help me, they reject to send me parts on warranty. And even the parts I ordered 10 days ago on my own expenses have not been shipped yet. I guess I will need to take a lawyer to solve this. Be aware when you buy one this company is not reliable at all.

The original pitch said the deposit was refundable. When I asked for a refund, it was denied because it had to be requested within some time period - 30 days, or 90, or whatever. I requested it when their delivery was delayed over and over and over, until it was, what, a year and a half late? I didn't have access to the original web page where the deposit was made, of course, and they said that information was available. That's crummy business practice. It wasn't a GoFundMe, but a deposit.

The Stark Varg is the most incredible motorcycle I have ever owned and I have owned dozens of off-road and street motorcycles of all types. The technology, performance, ease of use is amazing and it is the most fun you can have on two wheels! Stark Future as a company is also incredible. The support and speed of response when seeking help from customer support is unprecedented! The bike has been very reliable in over a month of hard use with multiple enduro rides per week.

Stark is a groundbreaker, taking over where Alto in the USA left off. Not only have they produced a genuine motocross machine, they have reinvented other parts of the bike and processes that the established manufacturers have failed to consider. If the average motocrosser in the UK could only get over their obsession with noise, which is the very reason the 'Not In My Back-Yarders' have been able to smash the sport of motocross in the UK, the sooner we can get thousands back out on tracks in each and every town.

awesome in every way possible.
I absolutely love riding these bikes (have 2 bikes), to the point that I am pretty much not at all interested in riding my gas powered bikes anymore. The customer support is beyond good and I am finding the bikes to be virtually bomb proof, after nearly 50 hrs of ride time all I have had to do is change the gear oil once, which is a super quick and easy process requiring only about 3 ounces of oil. I could not be happier.
