I have used customer support a few times over the last few years with 2 bikes. They have not let me down, although it feels very stressful to wait 24 hours after each email response, issues do get resolved and Stark does go the extra mile when they can I feel.

No costumer service, after some emails, they had no answer to my questions so they decided just to stop or block my email.

It started with a quick email asking a few questions. I certainly did not expect a call the next morning answering all my questions and then some! Mike was simply fantastic!! He stayed in touch whenever I had a question. He was also clutch in getting me what I wanted. Can say enough good things about him, and the rest of the team!

The customer support was outstanding. Few things about ordering were questionable. However, I was taken care of on items that I truly wanted with the bike. Very easy to follow steps during the process. Seems to me they stand behind the priduct.

I was ready to place an order but was unsure about the specifics of the motorcycle. So, I submitted a question form on the website. Within a few minutes, I received a text message from a representative asking if I had time to chat. We had a 20-minute conversation where he provided suggestions, answered my questions, and then helped expedite my order from a local warehouse instead of waiting for delivery from Spain. The bike arrived within a week and was perfect.

I have complete faith in this brand. The product is incredible, and I understand that there will be minor errors with some parts. However, I’ve had an amazing experience working with this company. They promptly send you new, upgraded parts. I’m thrilled and will definitely buy another bike from them in the future.

I love the Varg, its an awesome enduro bike! Its easy to ride fast and the quality of the components is great. I had a breakdown last Sunday where the drive wouldnt engage. I was able to book a service call and trouble shoot over the phone and fix the software issue. Excellent service! I bought the bike from Clonmel Off Road in August '25 and highly recommend them too.

In general, I am super happy with the bike.
The way I was getting it was not that positiv. I ordered it on the official Stark Future Webside, where a delivery date of End November was shown. The delivery was then finally in late January. I wanted to have it at Christmas. I ordered it without mousse and the tires and additional futures that I wanted to get it earlier. With knowing the delivery is only in January I would have ordered all additional options... mousse, tires, and and...
after the first ride the tube in the front weel was damaged...
So with that the first experiance was not good, but the product I really like... Tires changed and mousse installed... ready to race now...

I am not at all satisfied because the Stark Varg motorcycle I just bought came with a Stark phone that did not work. I informed them about this problem and expected them to replace my Stark phone, but this did not happen from your side. And today I was forced to buy a new device. This has disappointed me greatly.

So after you bought the most expensive dirtbike on the market, after you paid extra for software.
Then you have to PAY MONTHLY to be able to use all the settings!!!! Ridiculous!!

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Based in Cambodia, I had 3 months of hurdles to navigate to get the bike from the Californian dealer to Cambodia.
At every stage when I needed some help from Stark Future they were there to assist me. Specifically Benoit from their head office. Provided paperwork when needed, and got the bike registered on their system when the dealer failed to do so.
When the bike eventually reached my hands, a couple of parts were missing and damaged. Again Stark didn't hesitate to assist me in having these parts shipped out to me immediately.
