This company allowed me to put my order in saying an arrangement could be delivered for my grandmothers funeral. 10 min later they cancelled my order saying the florist wouldn’t deliver to that area.... See more

Very easy and seamless online order placement. I received a follow up phone call to confirm details. Will use again.

Back in March my loved one's mother passed away and I tried to order flowers for them. The order went through and was almost immediately canceled saying they couldnt provide the service and I'd get a refund. Weeks later I never got the refund so I emailed the company - they replied quickly and told me they're sorry and I should get a refund soon. This happened several times and now its months later and still no refund. Looking online now I can see many other complaints from people in similar situations and I honestly think its a scam at this point. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get any money back. DO NOT recommend this company at all.

Cancelled my order. Yet to receive my refund. I have reported this purchase to my credit card.
Order cancelled because "florist couldn't deliver." Talked to all florists in the area and they never received an order. Gave them my phone number and they could't even call me to let me know the order was cancelled. Found out via email the NEXT DAY. Funeral was missed. Will be reporting them to the BBB as well.
Not even a 1 star actually but had to select to proceed. This place is a scam, the lady even lied to me saying she was located in Harper, Texas. Placed the order, took my card, said it could be delivered that day & then cancelled the order. Said I would receive refund in up to 10 days. It has been 14 & can’t reach anyone. Checked for reviews & found all these complaints. This type of scam should be stopped. Maybe a federal agency can investigate.
This is a scam website. They canceled my order with no notification and have not refunded me. I called them and it's clear they are not us based or local like they claim to be. They also confirmed my email and still no cancelation or refund. Do not order from Starluck flowers.
I ordered flowers for my mom on Mothers' Day as a surprise, well in advance so I wouldn't run into last minute battle of getting them delivered on a popular holiday.
The Friday before Mother's Day my order was randomly cancelled with just a single email and no other more obvious notification. It is now Mother's Day and I am scrambling to find a local florist who can deliver day of because I live in a different state. They also lie about being local service. A refund is not enough, I hate to be a Karen but this is actually dog shit service.
This is a clearing house that represents itself as a local flower shop. I ordered an $80+ bouquet for my 90 year old mother a full week before Mother's Day and received a confirmation. They cancelled ON MOTHER'S DAY. I HAD TO PAY $120 FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON MOTHER'S DAY! Of course, they charged my credit card right before they cancelled.

I was scammed by this company , do not order anything from them . They took my money , cancel my delivery, claiming they did not have someone to deliver and then when I called them, they kept hanging up on me
I actually give Starluck flowers a big fat 0 stars. Ordered mother day flowers 2 weeks in advance. Flowers were suppose to be delivered may 6th Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went. Before that I kept calling and they have this music that is horrible I was on hold for 10 mins hung up called again. This happened at least 3 times. Called 3 days in a row. Finally on Thursday after being on hold they finally picked up to only be told let me transfer you to customer service on hold again when they picked up it was the same guy that answered the first time. What a joke. Wait that’s not even the worst part, after being put on hold again to find my order. I was told my order was cancelled because they couldn’t deliver to the address I provided. However Patrick called me the same day I ordered flowers confirming my order reading back the address to be delivered. At no point did he say we can’t deliver to address. The funny thing about that. He wanted me to do a review as he stayed on the phone. I found that very sketchy so I started searching this company. Which bad on me I should have done before hand. Anyway. BBB has all kinds of complaints on them. Many are for the same reason my order was cancelled. I have never had a problem like I have with this company. Save your time your energy. BEWARE OF THIS Company.
I am happy that I didn’t give a review as Patrick asked. Sketchy scam. I will also be reporting to the BBB.
Total Scam - Do not Use - Cancels order within minutes and promises a refund but never does. Credit Card provided 1-800 Phone number with the purchase is no good.
It's a scam. You place the order and almost immediatly get an email back saying they cannot deliver there and will issue a refund - which they never do.
Patrick was very detail oriented, he called to confirm the order and all of the instructions. He called the next day to let me know that he was making sure the arrangement was being prepared and would go soon, and then called again upon delivery. Very customer focused and very easy to deal with. 10/10
I placed an order on 3/10/26, shortly after the order was placed it was cancelled. The email said that the florist in my area was unable to deliver the flowers and I would be receiving a refund in 5-10 business days. Not sure how the florist in the area couldn't deliver the flowers when they were scheduled to be delivered for 2 days. It is now 5/6/26 and I still have NOT received my refund! They keep assuring me I will receive my refund. At this point I will be filing fradulent charges with my bank.
There a scam. Tried to buy my long distance bf some stuff they stole 98$ from me and cash apps refund turned into after pay so I still have to pay them automatically.
