Although my order isn’t scheduled to be delivered for a few days I must say that their attention to detail is superb. I omitted a detail when ordering and they called me to verify. Pleasant Customer Service/Support. A plus that there is no extra fees.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Just like the other reviews state, they accept your order and payment and then you receive an email canceling your order and saying you'll be issued a refund. Still waiting on my refund, and several contact attempts have yielded nothing but automated responses and now, no response. Avoid!!

They cancelled my order due to them not…

They cancelled my order due to them not being able to find someone to deliver. When I called to order, they told me they be able to deliver same day.

No one called me or emailed me.

This was for a big client of ours.

I would advise all not to deal with company.

Very poor service.

This order had to be canceled due to sudden logistical constraints and delivery driver unavailability within our local florist's zone, making it impossible to guarantee fulfillment within the same-day window.

Our policy when same-day delivery becomes unavailable is to immediately cancel the order and process a prompt refund. Our main objective in executing this quickly is to ensure you can immediately coordinate with another provider.

Our system automatically sends out a cancellation and refund email at the precise moment the order is dropped. Since the transaction was fully processed and the notification sent on our end, any remaining time for the balance to reappear depends entirely on your bank's clearing procedures.

Scam site

Scam site. Ordered flowers. They canceled order because of “an issue”and claimed to have processed a refund the same day. It’s been more than the stated 5-10 days and still have not gotten refund. Sadly found many more posts online with similar stories.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I thought they were a local florist in California so I could send flowers to a relative. Instead they got my card info - then canceled the order. The amount was taken out of activity at my credit union and 12 days later - they processed that same amount without informing me. Its a scam. I had to go to my bank, report a dispute and have my card canceled. All while the week before a holiday and going out of town. This is a scam. Avoid this business.

This is such a sham company

This is such a sham company. I ordered flowers and later in the day got an email saying it was cancelled. Then received an email saying they were issuing a refund. I look at my account 10 days later to check if it’s shown up and not only NO refund but they charged my account twice. I’ve put this in as fraud to my bank which is a complete hassle. Beyond angry about this.

Do not use them. You’ll regret it.

Just so this is clear since I’ve heard back three times from them promising a refund. Which never came through. My account wasn’t pending it was taken out of my account so the claim they made that it would come off from my bank is not true.

Just disgusted with this.

Please note that we do not process double charges; any duplicate pending lines on your statement are temporary authorization holds managed entirely by your bank. Because the refund was executed on our end immediately upon cancellation, we recommend contacting your financial institution to clear up any banking holds.

Scam

Horrible company. They take your money and within 1 hrs tell you your order was canceled and a refund will be issued. Yet the refund never comes. I had to dispute it with my bank. They keep saying next day, next day. Do not order from them, its a scam.

They simply don't send the flowers. You get your refund perhaps in 2 weeks and I don't know how they use that money. Almost like a scam website. Never order flowers from this website!

Terrible

Terrible. They canceled both transactions and never return my money back. I called 3 times and they promised each time that I would get my money back since they couldn’t deliver to the address. Thank god for my

When an order is canceled within our system, the refund is automatically initiated on our end immediately. However, to ensure there are no technical delays or banking holds interfering with your transaction, we have manually pushed the refund through our system once again just to be absolutely certain.

Depending on your banking institution's specific policies, it may take a few business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

We recommend contacting your bank directly if you do not see the funds shortly.
