I ordered online and immediately received a cancellation. After receiving the cancellation I looked up the sites reviews and see that this is a common occurrence. I immediately filed a dispute and reported this company. Others say they have not received their promised refund.
Do not order flowers from this company. They are a scan. They will take your order and money and the. A few hours later cancel the order and say they will refund in 8-10 days. Still no refund.

This place is a joke!! Ive been waiting for $70 refund since early October and have been lied to at least 15 times!! Don’t order from this place its a scam and i hope karma screws them the way same way they are screwing people!!
Customer service from Patrick was excellent. He called me to confirm the information in my flower request for a funeral. I am happy with the service. I won’t be able to confirm the quality of the flowers until Saturday, June 14th, 2026. My sister will confirm the quality and I will update with a new review!
They canceled my order immediately after I placed it and never gave me a refund. I wasn’t able to get flowers delivered for my anniversary and had to sit on the phone with my bank for 30 minutes to get my money back. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

In response to your reply:
1. Your website should not allow the name of a florist that is outside of your range of service which allows a customer to make a purchase only to have it canceled on the actual date.
2. It took several messages back-and-forth to get my refund. 3–4 “reminders” for you to process it. Once it was processed, the incorrect amount was refunded. So I again had to go back to get the full refund. If I had simply trusted you to refund my purchase price, then I would have never received it.
3. I firmly stand by my review and warn consumers to beware of experiencing the same thing we did with this business.

I ordered flowers for my husband’s aunt to be delivered on her birthday. At 10 AM on the morning of her birthday, I received a general form email telling me that they canceled the order and will refund my money. They blamed the local florist and said they don’t know why this happened, but they will “look into it.” I replied to that email hoping to get some clarification, and then received the very same form email back. Certainly a good business would have had a more personal reply to the cancellation. An excellent business would’ve had a resolution beyond just a refund… perhaps resourcing it to another florist? However, Starluck flowers is neither of these things. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this service.

Order your flowers directly from a florist.
You WILL get screwed EXACTLY as the BBB & all of the other consumer platforms describe.
Like most conscientious on line buyers, I usually research consumer reviews, pricing, quality, etc. before making a purchase.
But this particular time I was in a hurry to purchase flowers for my daughters birthday.
I didn't realize Starluck (aka Starfu_k) was a 3rd party, NOT a florist.
Starluck has a DECEPTIVELY nice website & DECEPTIVELY good pricing.
But it is all BS!
This IS what WILL happen to you (as it did me & hundreds of others according to the BBB)...
1) You will find what you like & then place your order, paying with a credit card.
2) You will immediately receive an emailed purchase confirmation from Starluck acknowledging your purchase & of course... taking your payment.
I received my confirmation email from a Roberta Kiley, Starluck's Customer Service Manager... BS!
3) Then, a little later the same day, you WILL receive a second email that says, "Oops, so sorry, our florist in that area cannot deliver your flowers after all", giving you another line of BS that they will refund you money within 10 days.
4) At this point I / you are pretty pissed off.
I emailed Roberta back IMMEDIATELY (just hours after receiving the "oh, so sorry" email, telling her I am extremely unhappy & expect the charge to be voided immediately, which they most certainly could have & should done!
Roberta (or whoever the hell she, he, it really is) responded right away, giving you the ol' BS line, "Oh don't worry, we'll take care of it". THEY COULD HAVE & SHOULD HAVE VOIDED THE CHARGE in that 1 day time frame. But because STARLUCK IS A SCAMMER, they just didn't do so.
5) Five days later!!! The charge hits my credit card!!! Oh ya! I am livid at this point.
6) NOW I AM SURE, COMPLETELY CONVINCED THAT STARLUCK IS AN UNETHETHICAL BS SCAMMER.
I emailed Starluck / Roberta back AGAIN (5 times in total) telling her I expect my refund immediately. She responds by telling me that they've tried but my cc / bank is not accepting the refund (which is of course just more BS!)
7) That was it for me. I emailed Roberta & told her that I was now going to pursue legal, banking & social media actions against Starluck.
Summary: WHEN this happens to you, bring copies of all of your emails to & from StarSuck to your bank & dispute the charge & then see your attorney to prompt the issue. Lastly, go to every social media platform & reveal these scammers.
After ordering and paying for flowers to be delivered to a funeral the order was canceled the day before the funeral. The money was refunded but I was left scrambling to get flowers delivered.
Great experience and beautiful flowers at a reasonable price! Recommended!
