I'm horrified at this floral company my mom is in the hospital she's getting pretty old and me and my the rest of my family we're only able to scrape up 80 bucks so I could get her some flowers I found it online it said they delivered to my small town and so I was pretty ecstatic I was able to get her a bouquet some chocolates and some balloons with the money I had scraped up however when I went to check the tracking to see what time they were going to be delivering the flowers all I found was a refund statement saying they couldn't they were sorry they couldn't find a local florist to deliver the flowers for my mom who's in the hospital and that it would take 5 to 10 business days for the refund I don't have any more money in so now I can't get her anything I'm pretty disappointed because I would rated a zero if there's any way to do so

1. They should have checked before they ever took my money to make sure there was somebody available to you deliver these flowers to my mom
2. They should not have posted my ZIP code as one of the zip codes that they deliver to if they didn't know there was a florist available

THIS IS A SCAM - Charged my card - never delivered flowers or refunded the charge.

I'd rate them zero stars if I could. Charged me then said they couldn't deliver. Gave refund and I ordered flowers from another florist. Then, they charged me AGAIN with NO NOTIFICATION and subsequently delivered a cheap, awful looking arrangement that was nothing like my original order.

They never deliver my order and refuse to refund . I have called them 5 times over 5 weeks with the same. " you will have a refund in 2 days. Had to call my bank and open a fraud claim. Don't trust this company

This is a scam site. They never delivered the flowers and said that they would return the credit card charge in 5-7 days. They never sent back my money and would not return any emails.

Starbucks flowers were very affordable and the arrangement was beautiful! The customer service was also amazing as Patrick called me right away to ensure they had all the details needed to get my order to the right place and person! He was also thorough and fixed a small mistake on my sympathy card to ensure everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered flowers, five minutes after completed order they canceled. They took my money, and 5 weeks later I am still trying to get my money back. As you can see they claim i recieved my refund, and as if today I have not!

Placed an order. They contacted me few days later saying that the order won't be delivered and I'll receive a refund. 2 months later. No refund. They took the money. I see that other people write about the same issue in the comments. This looks like scam!

Starluck Flowers appears to be a rip off . They confirmed my order and then a few minutes later cancelled it saying it out of their delivery area. I was told they would credit my card. When I got the credit card bill There was no credit. I called and was told that it would be looked into. I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Within about 10 minutes the credit was issued. Be smart and do not deal with this business.

I ordered online and immediately received a cancellation. After receiving the cancellation I looked up the sites reviews and see that this is a common occurrence. I immediately filed a dispute and reported this company. Others say they have not received their promised refund.

Do not order flowers from this company. They are a scan. They will take your order and money and the. A few hours later cancel the order and say they will refund in 8-10 days. Still no refund.

Buyer beware do not buy from this company I ordered flowers paid for it they canceled it immediately and the charge just showed up on my bank account anyway. They are a scam run!!!

This place is a joke!! Ive been waiting for $70 refund since early October and have been lied to at least 15 times!! Don’t order from this place its a scam and i hope karma screws them the way same way they are screwing people!!
