I’ve tried sending flowers once two weeks ago and once today. Both times were canceled immediately because the florist was unable to process the order for some. reason. Luckily they processed a refund immediately. Hopefully those refunds go through but I sure think it’s best to stay clear of Starbucks flowers!

At first I gave them a 1 star and I thought it was a scam. But after they responded to my review, I did go back and look at my email from the date that I placed my order and they are correct.. I did order the flowers on 2/20 and request for them to be delivered on 2/19. This was not brought to my attention until just now. You’d think someone would have called me to address it or I should’ve been alerted when I chose a date that had passed. That was my fault and I do apologize for the review before editing..
I will change from one star to 3 stars since it was my fault with the delivery date. But I do wish that I had been credited on my credit card. If I am wrong about the credit on my credit card, please send me something showing the credit, as I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I ordered flowers back in February for a friends funeral. I got an email 2 hours later saying that my order had been cancelled and that my refund would be processed in 5-10 business days. I am just now seeing on my credit card statement that a refund was never processed on the last 3 statements. I had to call my cc company and dispute the charge. Such an inconvenience!
Luckily I was able to order last minute from Rey Bethea Florist in Fort Worth, TX and they handled my needs and transaction very professionally and did a wonderful job on the arrangement.

Placed 2 ordersboth orders were canceled and was told I would receive a refund 5 to 10 days. Never received it. Called 2 weeks later was told they were sorry that I didn't receive my refund and that they were processing it. Almost a month later still haven't received my refund. Was even called a liar when I told the rep I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours. BUYERS BEWARE. HUGE SCAMMERS
Order flowers on their site for a funeral, they confirmed BEFORE we purchased that they could deliver the arrangement and a particular day. They then cancelled our order without any notice so late that it was no longer possible to be able to get another arrangement from anyone else. Your sorry for the inconvenience and saying we will investigate this isnt good enough, people cant change a funeral date. Dont ever order from these people if you actually want to be able to show your respect for the deceased.

I placed an order for my aunties 88th birthday on Monday, May 25, 2026. They processed the payment however, my auntie never received her flowers. My cousin texted me on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 informing me that my auntie ever received her flowers. I called the starluck flowers 1 800 number to find out why my auntie never received the flowers. I was told the order was cancelled because they could not fulfill the order. The customer service rep asked me for my order number. I told him that I never received an order number. He said I should have received it via email. I searched my emails and never received an email. He rattled off the order so fast that I had to ask him to repeat. He repeated my email address which repeated wrong. I just asked for a refund. I WILL NEVER USE OR SUPPORT THIS FLORIST EVER AGAIN!!

Update 2: I sent the email and attached a copy of my review. I asked for them to escalate my complaint. Well Robertha emailed back and said my complaint had been escalated to her! I said, you're the same person I've been talking to this entire time! So either she is the supervisor or she isn't and said she is to avoid trouble with the actual supervisor.
They sent a second refund so instead of refunding $81, I was sent $65.94 twice. Sigh. I can't bare to contact them a 5th time to try and correct it so I'm gonna chalk it up to their company being profoundly inept.
Update 1: Minutes after I emailed and told Robertha that I was going to leave an online review, I received my refund. Hey it only took 21 days and 4 requests, but who's counting??

It has been 21 days since my order was cancelled (without notification and for mothers Day flowers ordered almost a week in advance.) The payment has STILL not been refunded to my account. I feel I've been exceedingly patient. I will definitely make sure to do an online review so others know the issues they might expect when ordering from Starluck flowers. Please escalate this issue to management and ask that they contact me to resolve this matter.
Keep in mind this is my fourth request for a refund with Robertha Kiley assuring me each time that she will process the refund for me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Imagine my panic when I found out ON MOTHER'S DAY, from my daughter that she had not received her flowers. My solution, and probably the way I will go from now on, was to order flowers from Kroger instacart and have them delivered. Much much cheaper ($15.00 for flowers with delivery included) and a very pretty bouquet at that.
I hope maybe that will help others not break the bank when ordering flowers from Starluck, that may not be received anyway.

DO NOT USE!! Placed an order for my mom’s birthday for same-day delivery. I took my money, place the order and then nothing happened. I finally called to say I’ve kept getting an error message when trying to track my order number. Then I was told my order was canceled. Thank God I got my refund, but it appears a lot of people don’t. This company is horrible! Do not use!

I ordered flowers for my daugher's 21st birthday and had wonderful customer service. They called to verify the delivery instructions and took care to make sure the delivery was special for our daugher.
They were very reasonally priced for a gorgeous plant. I dont live up in Niles so I was just picking a florist not knowing anything about it. I cetainly picked a winner.
