New to site sent my passport and bank statement for id sent me email all confirmed won some money on machines said 3/5 working days was in my account in hours good site slots are fair pay out quick

The website is fine but I added a new card to my account and then all hell broke loose. They wanted statements and proof of income and yet I already had a daily limit cap of GBP50
I am a responsible gambler as otherwise I would not have had the account capped as you can lose a lot of money very quickly if your current account has money in it and you do not cap your account
According to my records I was in profit for the year so far - i get the feeling that bookmakers do not like responsible people preferring those that do not use the gambling tools available to them.
Just my opinion but noted that the more you use the gambling tools - the more bookmakers do not like it. Hence I closed this account. Make your own mind up re this statement. Remember it is just my opinion and everybody is entitled to that.

Shocking company . Asked for 10 ew a horse and got offered £1,70 ew. Embarrassing to be called a bookmaker.

They don't even deserve a one star review. I did a foot ball corner bet builder and instead of instant winnings in my account I had to wait till end of the game of even an hour after! Then they tell me It is operated by a 3rd party. There are limited markets on their website. I agree with all the bad reviews. I've now gone onto smarkets where the markets and prices are so much better and customer service is much more professional for a better betting experience.

Started good with a few decent wins then I think they did something as then I had 2k of struggling to get a win wins are suddenly tiny no matter how much you put in played starburst extreme had a few times 50 or 100 but every time there was no win with them each time I got a 2 lines with stars it was at the end with no win or very minimal 2x 2x no chance of a good win, if you like to gamble stay with the more reputable sites you will see a big difference in rtp
Continued to play after loosing about 5k finally got a 1k win then it was basically 50 plus spins on 70p per spin to win if 25p above bet really bad site

Good site, not having the issues others have reported. Withdrawals are super fast, customer service got back to me within minutes when I emailed them. This is a good, easy to use platform, would be great if they added best odds guaranteed but I guess you can't have it all.

Starsports suspended my account so I said I give it a go for now I won’t contact them as I won’t gamble for the time being. After a while I decided to to contact them by telephone and one staff said I self excluded my account. Honestly, I never did in starsports because I was thinking I want to win my losses back amounting to several thousands of pounds already. But never got the chance because my account was blocked despite not doing anything about it but deposit and play then lose. Very poor service they just want you to lose but no winnings. 3 days betting lost money and got restricted bets
