they say they take the biggest bets in the industry yet win a couple of bets you get restricted to pennies they only take bets from losing customers

The charged me on 16-01-23 at no credit is showing I spoke with live chat they lying they say the money is not with us is with bank, the money already left my bank,and they charged me ,may times they charge me twice,slots don’t pay live chat is very bad they reply every 20 min and don’t care about your problem,still haven’t received my money scam

Terrible company. Did not pay out my bets. Shut down my account & did not refund me my deposit or my winning. Avoid like the plague. Would not use this site ever again. Incredibly rude customer service too. As well as never paying any offers/bonuses. Terrible.

Terrible site. Slots are the biggest scam online. You win nothing. I asked them to block casino on my account so I could only place bets, Even then, they still manage to screw you over. Yesterday them removed all my bets so I couldn't cash out. I had 3 bets I could have cashed out for over £200, these bets came back on my account after the games were finished and I couldn't cash out anymore. This is a scam site. Stay away please.

I do understand people may think that people writing a review about a online bookmaker is because you may be bitter or upset at losing money but this is not the case for me I just want to warn potential future customers to be careful and know that this company in my experience make mistake after mistake they actually pay me out and settled a bet of mine as a winning bet when in fact I still had one leg remaining they then obviously and rightly took my winnings back but my grievance was them settling my bet early meant they took the option away of me cashing out that’s just one mistake they made and they never even apologised and they also closed my account saying I had asked for it when I didn’t complete lie there customer service is a disgrace and in my experience this bookmaker is untrustworthy so keep away join one of the bigger bookmakers i have now wished I had in the first place oh starsports promotions and bonuses are well they have none

This site is a fraud, deposited my first amount and 10mins later they suspended my account for no reason. Haven't had any response after numerous attempts to contact them. If it was anything more than i could afford to lose I'd take it further. Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost, scumbags

Opened account on Monday week transferred £50 in ..I changed my mind regarding this betting site...so I withdrawal my £50 a hour later on 18th July!!! It's now the 26th July were have had 7 banking days from the day I withdrawal 🤔.I've emailed & phoned 4 times each ..all I got is it's been processed? Now we all no with a withdrawal on betting site's it's instant or a hour ..very worse 24 hours that only be Africa.. Great site...after reading reviews i was worrying that i wouldn'tbe able to withdraw my winnings but it was in my account within the hour...i have made numerous withdrawals and all gone through fine.
