As someone who has ADHD the videos were direct, not really any fluff, which is great for my focus. I had to take a couple breaks, but when I would come back it had me at the same question which was great, no glitches, and I would be able to remember where I was and what I had learned easily. Very good, and a good value for money. Didn’t over complicate anything, five stars!
