I ordered 7 pieces total, some of which were birthday presents for my dad and the quality is incredible! The pieces look exactly as shown (they look even better actually) and all pieces were true to size. Shipping was very quick - received my order within 3 days. I cannot fault my experience with Statement Collective. My dad and I love our pieces and I can’t wait to place another order!

I bought the barbed wire necklace and bracelet combo, an order total of $186. I measured my wrists specifically right before ordering, and bought the bracelet .5 inches bigger to be on the safe side so that it fits. It came in and I cannot even fit it around my wrist, it is WAY too small. I messaged customer support and they expect me to pay $40+ in shipping to make the exchange happen. Not seeing eye to eye with paying this much for something I believe is their mistake, I went back and forth with customer support for 9 days to try and figure out a solution. They remained stubborn and demanded I pay the $40+ in shipping costs if I wanted their mistake fixed and the bracelet exchanged.

Had issues with auspost misplacing package, the team were quick to be onto it and even resent my order without charge!
