I’ve ordered multiple pieces from Statement Collective and I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with them. The pieces are always amazing and great quality. In saying that, the interaction between Dan and his customers via email is awesome, Dan always makes you feel welcomed as a customer when purchasing off his website. Fantastic, timely communication via email. Made returns super simple. Can connect and purchase via my Shopify account to save a ton of time at Checkout.
The specific instance in question was regarding a ring size exchange that was purchased a Christmas gift. Dan, the CEO and his customer support team were able to help me in a flash. Got the exchange form printed, the return slip instructions written and the postage sorted, and wam bam, within a couple of weeks, the exchange was complete, and the ring fit perfectly! Couldn't be happier. Only had to cover the costs of postage (which was expected and clearly explained in the email exchange).
Can't recommend Statement to people enough. Their jewellery is top notch, shipping within Aus in so quick, and their customer service and support is phenomenal
