I made a large order of almost £400 of christmas presents for my children mid November. The website stated next day postage but almost one month later some still haven't even been shipped. Several emails to customer service asking for updates to get a response saying they will look into the issue with no further communications. Since using this site I've had a call from my bank to say my card details have been stolen and someone has been using them to purchase from other sites!!! DO NOT USE, SCAM.

Best to stay away from this company as they are a dropshipping company who do not hold any of their stock.

State of style is a scam company.
Cunning and very rude.
They should not be in business.

I ordered a doll that was advertised as soft fabric. It arrived and it was a horrible plastic mess. It also looked nothing like the images on the website.
This is clearly a fraudulent business who are happy to make incorrect claims and use false advertising. They should be shut down.
Customer service was a joke without even addressing the issue.

I bought a medium size ladies cashmere sweater that was not only of extremely poor quality it had no details of fibre content, no care instructions, wouldn't have fitted a 10 year old and wasn't cashmere (probably a man made fibre).

Terrible business with shocking customer service. Was sent the wrong size to what I ordered that deemed the product unwearable. They refused to send a replacement without making me pay more money, despite it being their error.

I ordered Orthopaedic sandles. They are horrific. I can’t even pull the strap through to adjust as it is too thick to go through the metal thinner. Shoddy materials and stitching. Stitching has finished and started again at the most obvious point. II paid a high price for this crap nothing like the photo.

Horrible cheap stuff. Comes from China. Do yourself a favour, block the website.

I was very worried when I purchased a coat from this site as after the purchase I read all the negative reviews .and was very surprised when I received my order a week later and the coat was exactly what I ordered also the material was very good quality so will definitely order from this site again .

They will scam you. Sadly when I ordered from this company I didn’t look at any reviews. I ordered a projector lamp which doesn’t project. I have been back and forth with a lady called Sara and she has refused to accept a return and refund. I have sent screenshots from their website showing I am allowed to return the item back to them and that she is breaching the terms and business outlined on their website but they obviously don’t care because this is their tactic…have a website that looks legitimate etc and then take your money for their cheap products and miss sell. Sadly they are based in China so limited with what we can do but AVOID.

Absolute scammers - still not received my duvet and they just lie to you on email. AVOID!

There should be an option here for minus stars. Definitely steer as far away as possible .

Once you have ordered your item, in my case a $150 tap you will likely have to wait a couple months for it to arrive.

Once opened you will see it’s nothing less than a cheap temu rip off. Actually that’s not correct. In my case the tap was of lesser quality than a temu tap. I think my plumber thought it was from temu. I almost wish it was, at least their returns are simple.

Firstly they will offer you some percentage off. If you say no they will follow with, it’s going to cost to return it to some other country.

They will try to run you down until you give up. When you dont give up, you will get an email saying you are out of the 30 days to ask for a return.
Even if you have got a dozen emails which clearly show you are not.
Please don’t buy from this site.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Please never, ever, buy from this site. I received the wrong product colour. The quality of the product was so inferior and very over-priced. They asked me to pay and extra $25 to send the correct one. I pursued the refund route and have lost more money. This site is a scam. They also say they are located in United States. They are not. They are in China.

I purchased a drink bottle more than 20 days ago and it hasn’t arrived still. After misleading information on their site led me to believe it was next day delivery, I am still waiting. From the tracking link provided it doesn’t even look like it’s in the country!! I feel this site is a scam so beware.
Sara (customer support) can not share any details about my order and continues to repeat that a refund is not possible. I will never purchase from here ever again!
The item I ordered was a birthday gift, which is now awfully late….

Today marks over four weeks since I placed my order. I have been told again and again to be patient. After "Sara" requested my phone number to discuss the matter and I shared it, she then replied that it's their policy to only communicate over email! This has led me to believe it is an AI bot responding to all comments. I now believe this is a fraud site. Be AWARE do NOT purchase from them!!!

I wish I’d checked TrustPilot first! I ordered a cashmere jumper and it’s 100% polyester. The stitching and the shape is poor.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my purchase, thinking I was supporting an Australian-based brand, only to discover the product was actually made in China. The quality is terrible 🤕, and judging from everyone else's reviews, it looks like I won't be getting a refund 😕. It's clear that this company's priorities don't include honesty or customer satisfaction – my experience has been pretty dismal so far.

disguisting service the garment brought was advertised as Cashmere and was labelled 100% polyseter.. When asked to return a goods at my expense when they had not been honest with their description they are a fruadlent company

Scam the products they sent are nothing like the photo

They have false and misleading pictures on their website the items look nothing like they advertised and don’t even work.

Do not deal with this company absolutely
