Absolute crap

Absolute crap they way over charge for cheap crap. They didn't ask me to review their product like every other site does that's worth anything. I way overpaid for what I thought was a very nice quality watch. I might as well have gotten a cheap one from temu or something because the quality is awful never buying anything from them again

Zero stars if I could but this website…

Zero stars if I could but this website does not allow me to enter ZERO STARS.
WORST online company I have purchased from. Cheap and nasty products and so far refusing to refund. Stay right away from this scam company. They keep messaging PayPal one thing and me another. I'm exposing them. Product delivery promise of of 3-5 days. Took weeks. Product delivered BROKEN.. Nothing short of cheap quality materials I would be embarrassed to display.

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before buying on line a Fitbit type product for my wife's Xmas gift. Turned up after 25th. All instructions in Chinese. Pretty poor looking product. Told me I had to return it to Asia. Probable AI replies to any emails. Will be seeking money back from Resolver.

Terrible company!!!!!!
Ordered the wife CHRISTMAS TREE EARINGS beginning of December, They turned up on the 28th December once Christmas was finished. Through out the weeks of waiting I sent emails only to receive generic reply’s. The Christmas tree earrings turning up after Christmas is just as waste of money as they’ve not been warn and Won’t be until next year now. They also turned up in just a bag no jewellery box so the earrings were twisted. Fraud company!

Only half of the product arrived

Terrible customer service. I ordered an all in one gym kit including a press-up board and resistance bands, handles and bar. They only sent the press-up board. When I highlighted it to them they came back with a condescending offer of a tiny 15% discount and made it sound like it was the most generous offer ever! I don't want the discount I want the other half of the order!!! I've asked for a full refund but not optimistic about my chances after reading the rest of these reviews. Wish I had checked them before!!

I want to give less than 1 star!!!

I want to give less than 1 star, it’s absolutely atrocious.

I ordered an item with them a month ago, and the product should’ve been here weeks ago. But no, not only has it not arrived, the courier company didn’t even have it!

I emailed numerous times asking and had to double email to get a response about the lost parcel. Then, I requested a refund which has been ignored for days, and the parcel was magically found and again on its way (so they don’t have to do the refund)

I have asked for a manager numerous times and nothing - always the generic same responses, complete nonsense, not helping at all and completely ignoring my requests each time.

Changing subject headers, ignoring requests, and generic emails “thanks for X” etc, it all feels very patronising and it’s horrendous customer service.

With the state of the emails it’s making me genuinely wonder if they are AI generated, it’s diabolical.

Ive asked numerous times to speak to a manager and I’ve got the same staff member - Sara. Who has not been helpful at all, has not understood or dealt with me in any reasonable manner.

It’s genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I could go on for much longer.

Do not buy anything from here, believe me.

Worst online shopping experience

Ordered 2 men boots size 10 for $149 Received size EU41. Contacted State of Style customer service advising the wrong size was sent as men size 10 is EU44. They sent me a women's shoe size chart showing size 10 is EU41. I sent them a message asking for the men's shoe size chart and they insisted that it was incorrectly labelled as women and that it is the chart they use for men. They asked for $25 for replacement for each pair of shoes. After a number of emails and me asking for a refund through PayPal, they offered either a store credit for the full amount or a refund but I pay for shipping. The return address is in Dongguan City, China which will cost $65 shipping via Australia Post and I was not sure how much of they will refund. So I took the store credit. Ordered two women tops and when they arrived they were of the lowest quality I have seen. I would have been able to find much better quality at Kmart for $20. A waste of $150. I do not recommend State of Style to anyone.

I've ordered a jacket which looked really good online
First thing- I've been waiting for the order for 4 weeks to come
Second thing- jacket doesn't look like on the picture at all - I wouldn't buy it for £5 and I've spent £52 on it !!!! Cheap poor quality
Third thing - you have to pay for the return - I've just checked at the post office - £32 for returning the item

Guys please stay away from this company

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Ordered two fans. A few days ago I received an email saying due to an error my order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. I sent an email questioning the error and was told they were out of stock. Went to their site at 6am and noted fans were in stock but the price had significantly increased. Said I wanted the items at the original price I had paid but they would not honour my purchase. Many emails were exchanged and in the process I received two telling me my order had shipped. It hadn’t, just fake email. They are so dodgy stay away

Dodgy As!

Ordered a backpack, they said shipping time would be 4-6 days. It arrived after 31 days. A string of email enquiries and complaints got me nowhere. Dodgy as.

$30 return fee! Terrible customer service! Slow delivery

Item took 2 months to arrive and then was dirty. They offered me a replacement which obviously I didn't want as the item took 2 months to arrive. They then said return fee was $30 (because it's trash shipped from a warehouse in China).
I then did a charge back on my credit card.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company are horrendous. DONT USE THEM. Products late as they are shipped from abroad despite the company saying delivery in 4-6 days. Quality of goods absolutely appalling . Wouldn’t meet consumer rights of customer. The coat I bought was faulty and despite sending a video of the condition they refused to accept responsibility and breached their own returns policy. Lots of unprofessional ping pong emails - just their way of avoiding their responsibility. Gave a return address but it wasn’t complete (no country noted). Said I had to pay for return without refund even though the product was clearly faulty.
Previously told me they don’t ship items as the come direct from supplier abroad but then said goods were delivered in good condition - hence won’t refund. Truly terrible company- AVOID USING THEM.

Zero rated

I would not recommend buying from this website. Anything they advertise is false, from shipping times to effective quality of the products. I received my pair of shoes after more than one month, in a soft bag. Ended up being too small for the size (it's a 39, wears like a 37) and with many quality flaws. Waste of time and money.

Ordered Beige overalls

Ordered Beige overalls, they sent Dark brown overalls. PayPal have determined I can receive a full refund if I return the items that I did not order at my expense. A cost to me of $33 for a reply paid express envelope. I have requested the return address via email 4 times now to their customer service, with no luck, reply. My next option is to report them to ACCC or a police report. Beware this company is a scam company from Asia, do not order from them.

Don't buy from this Hong Kong company!

Purchased a £57 hooded robe in a rush but received no email that my order would be on its way soon so realised quickly it was a shoddy set-up. Then i looked into the reviews which are shocking. Its my oen fault for not checking them out first. Dont waste your money

State of Style selling Rubbish

Ordered two novelty sleeping bags for granddaughters costing £84. Not as promised on their website shoddy stitching. One had small hole on characters face colours had run on to zip and other material. No stuffing between layers of material. Tried hard to get money back but just a game of ping pong emails back and forth In end had to keep the sleeping bags as toys with a 30% refund stay well away from this company it is selling rubbish. No star ratings from me

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong size shoes (ordered a 6, they sent me a size 3) I asked for a refund and they acknowledge the email but said they would just send a replacement instead. Baring in mind my first order took two weeks to come I said no thank you and again said I would like a redund as I ended up ordering some shoes elsewhere and they are now refusing my consumer right to a refund and just saying they will send a replacement. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
