Literally the biggest jerk I’ve ever seen. I paid 45 dollars for a 15 dollar Uber trip all to end up in the wrong neighborhood. On top of that the driver was told I didn’t have a phone, mines broke and that driver wanted to leave me, at the wrong address because of the gps. The kick wanted me to get out at the wrong address he decided to drop me off at? This is a sham of a service, this is the worst of the worst, I will be asking for a refund since I was dropped off to the right one by an Uber driver I had to find by grace thank God because someone ordered me one from the McDonald’s he dropped me off at, I hope he doesn’t have any daughters because he’s a dick. I had broken my phone in a bus trip. The taxi I called made a charge before I reached so they would come out. The driver was asked to take me to a place that I don’t even get because the neighborhood was wrong the address was wrong and still he wanted to drop me off in this random neighborhood knowing I didn’t have a phone or a way to get help. I did ask him to take me to the McDonald’s earlier so I could contact my host and see my Airbnb because I thought maybe I’d need a door code to get in which he agreed to but never did. Then after he came out of this random neighborhood he dropped me at the McDonald’s. I had to refuse to get out of the car because he was so admin about I see the gps but we were at an address that was 1022 in a gated community way out in the middle of nowhere. I hated it but eh dropped me off at a McDonald’s per my request to not get out of the car and someone else called me an Uber which ushered me to the right location in the different neighborhood. He didn’t even try to find the address. He was An Uber driver that didn’t speak English like I would be highway robbed. And thank you for your comments. I have a witness the one who let me use her phone to book, to verify for my bank that I will be getting my money back. Good luck tuck

What a stupid and silly review you've made.
Here's how we operate:
1.) You receive a text message with the information you gave us online or via phone call (this includes the exact pick-up and destination addresses, and the cost of the ride).
2.) If all the details are correct and you accept the cost, you respond YES.
3.) Upon responding YES, you receive a link for payment and submit the payment yourself.
4.) Your driver is dispatched and we send you the vehicle details. Our drivers follow an App with the address details that you agreed to.
Ours is a bullet-proof, perfect, system. You agree to the details and cost beforehand. The Driver doesn't deal with payment and simply follows the GPS.
As you can see from this person's review, and other reviews they've left for a different company. They are clearly in a financial bind, with a phone that was broken in a bus, hopping from one place to the next, and needing the $45 they paid for our perfect service and a refund for their wig.
If you had called us and paid to change the address, the Driver's GPS app would have been updated and you would've been dropped off at the new address. You don't get to change the address and go to a farther place for free.
We have a professional dashboard with GPS logs. If your ride ended early, we would've been notified and you would've received a customer support phone call and a partial refund. We can see everything.
You should never refuse to leave a Driver's vehicle. It is their personal vehicle, with Uber's commercial insurance. You are lucky to have had such a kind and friendly driver, who was patient with you and didn't get you arrested for refusing to leave his/her vehicle.
In future, ensure that the destination address, you gave us, is correct.
Catherine is trying to get a refund for a service which was delivered by a driver who has a minimum of 4.98 star rating and has completed a minimum of 3000 rides. The service was delivered perfectly.
Don't be a Catherine.
When the ride share apps weren't…
When the ride share apps weren't working state taxi got through and stayed with me after multiple driver cancellations in the dead of night, ultimately getting to my flight on time. I can’t say enough they were a great help!

Best taxi for the elderly
I am a 66 year old lady living in Tampa. I have been using Taxi Tampa for over 3 years. The hands on service I receive is out of this world. I often need things at odd hours and they are always there on time. I must point out that their compassion and assistance to the elderly (I use a walker) is irreplaceable. There is no other service in Tamp that can help me and I know because I searched for years before Taxi Tampa opened. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Always willing to go the extra mile.

I reserved my ride from the hotel in…Kenner, LA.
I reserved my ride from the hotel in Kenner, LA to Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans in March of 2023. Agent was super helpful. I confirmed and paid for the Taxi Service on May 12. I was notified about 15 minutes before my pick up time, and then again with Vehicle make/model, license number, and Driver name. Steven was very polite loaded my bags and off we ent. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Much better than a meter taxi. Cheaper than a limousine or meter taxi. Driver was friendly. Car was luxury and clean. Frequent phone calls and lots of communication. Very fast and efficient service. Highly recommend.
