Ordered van - Tiguan arrived. Driver was nice though

Excellent experience with Sixt Ride. The driver arrived right on time, the car was very clean and comfortable, and the ride to the airport was smooth from start to finish. We also had a really pleasant conversation during the trip, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Professional and reliable service — I would definitely use Sixt Ride again.

Quick and easy, you should setup before you urgently need a ride tho, it takes like 10 min to setup an account

I am using SIXT ride for my airport transfers and am very happy with their service. Always on time, great cars, very nice drivers and good pricing.

Hired this amazing service to and and fro,from the airport in bracelona to our W Barcelona hotel and both times we were very impressed. Absolutely respectful polite stuff. Arrived on time! Clean cars too.

The driver was very polite. The car was extraordinary and we had a very pleasant ride. Only the pickup was not what we expected. Fair enough: Our plane was delayed but we gave you our flight no so you were able to get aware of when and where we will arrive. We had to contact the driver by phone because he was at the wrong terminal. I wished he had managed the delay on his own so we don‘t had to wait or ask where he was. Nevertheless we will do another booking in the future because of the luxury experience in the car.

The car was a beautiful Mercedes driver was wonderful and waited for us even though our luggage took a bit longer than expected.

Having happily rented cars from SIXT in the US, I was delighted that they offer a ride service. Our cruise concierge booked a ride for us to our hotel in Paris, and I used my app to book a ride to the airport. I was very happy with both.

My only suggestion is that they add an option for 2 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. Our airport driver was surprised that we were only 2 as we had to book 6 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. The cruise line probably booked the 3 passengers, 2 pieces of luggage and we just fit. We didn’t want to take a chance on our airport ride.

Both drivers were professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this service.

With the app I know exactly when the driver arrives. Friendly, good drivers and clean cars. Pickup with a sign waiting at the Terminal. Perfect after a long flight.

I booked an airport transport to Munich airport for a private holiday. It was an excellent experience - transport arrived ahead of time, the car was spacious and clean, the driver was very friendly. And the costs were lower than a normal taxi. Will use them definitely next time again.
