Fantastic communication, they even sent me real actual pictures of the items before they shipped. That's what you expect from japanese people, with their dedication to work and attention to detail.

After looking for a specific limited release pen I found it in stock at Stationary Station.

After I had placed my order the store sent me photos of the exact products I had bought and asked if I was happy with the quality and look of them (this was above and beyond what I was expecting).

On top of that, shipping from Japan to New Zealand only took 5 days (using the cheapest Japan Post option). Amazing!

Classic scammers, they sent me a wrong item which 3 times cheaper and refused to send me the one I ordered.

I paid $35 for shipping, waited 2 weeks and received a wrong item. After multiple requests they partially refunded the order. My final emails got no response, as they were ignoring me.

I ended up with the wrong item for delivery of which I paid $35. Thanks for the horrible service, hope you guys go out of business.

I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from stationerystation515, clearly they don't care about own reputation, they don't care about their customers. Also as classic scalpers they double and triple up the price for some of the items.
